It has been good, the software/ product is easy to use

Pros

I use the 1:1 options the most of this software, the fact that I have all the talking points in one place and not limited to just the latest 1:1 but all there is, captured in one place, helps in having constructive conversation

Cons

The coffee connects, personally have not used it much, but something we should perhaps have an option as follows - Push folks to have coffee connects with folks they regularly have 1:1 where they can discuss anything but work

In one word, my experience with peoplebox has been cool.

Pros

Keeping track of team members productivity is hard, Peoplebox has streamlined the process - more insights no hassle involved. Setting it up is seamless even for newbies. Kudos to the Peoplebox team!

Cons

The fact that any team member can create a goal and tag other members doesn't sit well with me. Team goas should be set by team lead only and individual goal should be limited to just one user. When necessary, team lead can create a goal and co-assign it to multiple team members.
