I have tried many different apps for browser organization this one is simply the best I have found. Easy to use and insanely effective for my workflow. Pros This is a huge time saver. Simple to group everything for a project: tabs, docs, notes, tasks, and resources. A single click launches all relevant tabs for the saved project and a single click to switch to another project. Finally, an insanely simple way to work when juggling several projects. Cons This product is incredible as it is. Part of the beauty of Workona is that it is uncluttered, simple, and gets the job done. April 24, 2023 5.0 I like to see the small tiny tab of Workona on my browser, :) it feels like I'm going to work in a clean manner instead of the messy way I was doing it before. I know if I closed a page and need to go back, I go there or if I have a list of pages to check out, I can put my list over there without having to create a heavy to-do checklist on our project managing app. Furthermore, I really like how it helps me to improve my research productivity, I can go faster and smarter when I do research for my work without fearing to lose the information gathered. Pros It's a very easy tool to use on multiple browser, not only one !! I use it on Firefox on my Desktop PC at home, on Chrome on my iMac and Edge on my Mac pro. It keeps everything standardize visually. I use multiple browser for testing, and keep myself in touch with different browsing experience, so I like to regroup myself so Workona helps to maintain a simple but very effective organization of my views.Also, when I start to do research for personal and work, I can go really fast and open multiple tabs because I'm so focused to find specific information that I start to gather way too many tabs, and it makes me feel dizzy. So, Workona helps to remove that overload of information by using their view of tabs on the list view, which is one of my fave feature ! If I need also, to start again a new research, I like to use their close all tabs feature, it helps to accelerate a new research.I do use the Workspaces, it allows me to not have 2 browser account associated to my Chrome because I use Google Workspace and my personal Gmail. I really dislike have to switch between accounts and Workona helps to keep it in the same place, but the switch is way easier and snappy. Cons I think I wished I would see my tabs as a Gallery view only because I'm a super visual person so when I do benchmarks or looking for readings, it would be awesome to see them as a Gallery and see the preview of the page as the cover. It would help me to check out quickly if I found the page I was looking for because it will also happen that in the middle of research I got to leave my computer to do other tasks not in front of my computer and I forgot what I was doing. Reason for choosing Workona The free version is already super great ! Very flexible, you can already do a lot with it and the density of integrations with Google apps and other is quite enjoyabe ! Just I wish It could have an Android app. Pros The thing I like the most about Workona is it has an easy-to-use interface, 2nd thing I like with it is It provides centralized workspaces where you can organize and manage all your tabs, bookmarks, and projects in one place, which can help streamline your workflow. Another thing is its collaboration tools that enable you to share your workspace with team members, making it easy to collaborate on projects and tasks in real-time. And last but not the list is integration. Workona easily integrates with a wide range of other apps tools, such as Google Drive, Trello, and Slack, which makes it a versatile and powerful tool for managing your work. You can create several virtual workspaces to customise and group how you wish. It's like having multiple different tables where you can walk to and work for each project you are on. For the chronic organisers of tabs. Cons The free version is great but only has 5 workspaces. After that, you need to pay to get more. Which isn't an issue. But that's a mild irritation Pros The work spaces! I currently have around 60 work spaces with all my tabs hibernating in there, I can add notes, open documents directly from Google Drive and I can save tabs as resources and not have them live. Cons I was lucky to have joined before they made it paid, so I got all my work spaces on the free plan, I do know that now if you join you pay after 5 work spaces. Pros I tend to open a lot of tabs when I'm browsing the web. When I get into a topic I open any tab that seems relevant. When I'm searching for info, I always open multiple tabs. Workona is sych a beautiful and simple solution. As soon I have a bunch of tabs open on any given subject, I can create a new group which is called a "workspace". For example, I can create a Facebook workspace and one for YouTube and another for emails and it just keeps going. Create as many workspaces as you want so your tabs never get cluttered. Label your workspaces so you can seamlessly jump from different areas of interest while browsing. Your tabs are always saved and you'll never be lost in a sea of tabs again. Highly recommended!
