Prior to using JustFOIA we sent emails to numerous departments asking them to send us their reply and any attachments which we then printed and filed in a folder. The requestor then received a general synopsis of the department's replies and any attachments. It was a hot mess! Now everything from internal discussions, uploads of requested information, invoices and external correspondence is easily found in one location. It is so convenient to go back and search/review old requests. Cons Nothing! It's such a dream and so easy to use. Very user friendly.
