Pricing is comfortably reasonable and features and functionality leave nothing to be desired. The style and behavior of the deployed solution is aesthetically pleasing and functional to the end user. Styling and other properties are easily manageable. It's a satisfying and trustworthy product which I can warmly recommend. Pros \- ease of use - style - management - options Cons \- I don't see any cons in my experience with CookieFirst. As I mentioned, even though we had some issues with Cookie banner – support took their time and fixed all the problems quickly. Big kudos for \[sensitive content hidden\] for helping us out! Pros Compared with all the other tools that we used - CookieFirst is really easy to use and implement on your website. Also, I was really happy that support took their time to investigate our issues and they helped us right away! Cons There were some bugs with our cookie banner – sometimes it was broken or issues with content updates. However, support managed to help us with these issues and fix everything. Looking for recommendations of other tools ;-) Cons The support ghosted me. I wrote several times and never received a reply anymore. Easy to setup, easy to configure, easy to personalize, great price for the value. Pros It's very easy to implement and to customize. It adapted perfectly to the design of our web page. Pros It has a good price for small companies/pages. The product is easy to style and setup. It is based in Europe (I hope all data is also stored here). Cons 1\. The consent api takes too long. This goes for the first displaying the banner but also after saving my consent it takes too long. This ruins our AB Tests. 2. Statistics are unreliable. Based on Server analytics we don't have a 80% consent rate like the statics page shows, but of 50%. We can be sure about this gap, because we lost also 50% of our google analytics users introducing the tool on not only 20%. 3. Payment Invoice unstructured. We can't see for which of our domains we are paying for in each invoice. 4. Cookies are only collected for unsigned users, a way to set up a user would be nice. 5. Documentation is incomplete and outdated 6. Still looks like MVP, further improvements coming? February 11, 2022 4.0 After the quick setup, CookieFirst runs automatically and scans all Cookies and expiries. You receive an update regularly and have a good overview. Pros Cookie opt-in is essential and any company operating from Germany has to be legally compliant. Especially since we are a Legal Tech Company, this is of upmost importance for us. As opposed to a difficult and long setup, CookeFirst can be setup within minutes and insures instant compliance. Cons There are no cons that we have come across yet. Can highly recommend.
