Pros What if making educational videos would be easy? It is with Synthesia, a wonderful option for anyone who also likes to work with avatars. Fast, reliable and in good quality, this is making video creation as easy as possible. Cons What I miss are some options to insert videos that I already have, like intro or interviews aso. Pros We’re an EdTech company that focuses on providing high school students with great content that is easy to understand while also follows national curriculum. With a lot of content needed to be produced, we were having problems getting good content to our users fast. Synthesia’s software helped us scale content production, by cutting our time and finances threefold. With our own avatars we can keep the personal touch with our students while not compromising on the quality. All that while also producing content much faster. Cons There are still ways to improve avatar's speech and movements to feel more natural, but at the same time Synthesia is by far the best tool out there. Review Source belal M. Pros This tool is easy to use and allows the user to create professional productions cheaply and quickly. It integrates well with other tools, and I am able to pull in elements from other AI and creative tools. I am also able to use materials produced on Synthesia as components of productions created using other tools and platforms. For me, they most attractive feature is how it speeds up production time and lowers production costs. Need an edit? No problem. The whole process is smooth and quick. The AI narration voices include some very natural sounding voice options. The AI scriptwriting tool is great. It allows me to move outside of my normal "voice" as it comes up with creative ways to phrase ideas. I am a big fan of Synthesia! Cons The music options still need a bit of refining. I would like to be able to search by mood, tempo, or genre. I would also like the option to fade the music by a certain percentage at specific places in the scenes. I would like to be able to have the music automatically adjust around the speech, with a continuous track for the whole presentation. At the moment, I add music to the final production in using video editing software. Some of the AI avatars are a bit twitchy when you have a pause in the narration. Reason for choosing Synthesia Synthesia is one of my tools. I also use Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe Creative Suite. Ideal para todo tipo y tamaño de empresa que busca crear contenido de capacitación, instructivos, campañas y un sin fin de posibilidades. Cons Synthesia tiene voces y avatares muy humanizados y naturales pero sería genial que ampliaran más su catálogo y mejorarán algunos que aún se sientes rootizados. por lo demás, siento que Synthesia va ha mejorar mucho. It's an effective training and change management tool that any organization can benefit from. Pros It's quick to get a video up and running with Synthesia. A simple screen recording with voiceover used to take hours with several re-takes and no way to remove the extra "umms", mispronunciations, stuttering and mistakes. Text to audio using an avatar's voice of my choosing saves time and can be tailored for effect with pauses added in. It is also genuinely fun to learn and use. Cons Some editing aspects are repetitive. For example, if diction is added in a slide for a word there should be a "replace all" feature to apply to all slides. Review Source Carla M. They help me to keep my content looking fresh. Pros I like the choice of avatars and voices, most of which are really good. You can bring diversity to your output by choosing people with different facial features to your own, which I like! Cons The text addition features are clunky and hard to use, similarly I find the animation options hard. And the avatars can't raise their intonation for a question, which is a real drawback in training content. Reason for choosing Synthesia Because of the ease of use of your interface. In the time that we have used it, they have regularly made improvements and upgrades to it, so it is even better now than it was when we first started with it. We have used it for many purposes- presentations, Facebook ad videos, YouTube FAQ videos, and more. Cons The AI movements have improved but still have some weird quirks and room for improvement. Pros While there are competitive products to Synthesia coming on the market, the Avatars in Synthesia continue to get better all the time. Any video you produce becomes indistinguishable from a real-life spokesperson. An example was showing a video to a person and her asking me if the spokesperson was a friend helping me. She thought the person was an excellent presenter. When I told her it was AI, her comment was, "God help us." Cons I haven't found anything I dislike. The product is that good.
