Our overall experience has been great. Its 100 times better than what we were using with Applied Pay. I wish we would have started with ePay.

Pros

We love ePay for many reasons. The top 2 reasons are that is so much easier to use than Applied Pay and its cheaper. We have yet to use the customer support as we haven't had any issues with bugs. The money transfer speed is great and the credit card payments are so easy. I just with the clients paid a little less for a credit card payment.

Cons

I think the thing I personally like the least is that we have to create an invoice number each time and we have to keep track of the number. It would be much easier if we could just put in a starting invoice number and let ePay create them going forward.

Really has helped us cater to our busy clientele, very limited learning curve and even our least tech savvy team members have mastered it.

Pros

Works very well with our agency management system for pulling through account names and information using the search function. Our easiest method of offering credit card payments for our clients.

Cons

We use this as a method for billing insured, epay does not currently offer a direct option to upload invoices and receipts to our agency management system.

Pretty good! More important than us liking it, our clients like it! It doesn't seem to break very often at all, and the dependability is pretty unmatched.

Pros

Customer service is responsive and they are VERY informed about the products when you call with a question on them.

Cons

Verification codes don't go through email, they go through text, which can be difficult for shared use.

Pros

It values for the money and gives us support for servicing our customers. Credit card payments are also valued and welcomed by clients.

Cons

Sometimes it has bugs and issues, the performance and speed needs to be improved maybe somehow. Overall is good.

No problems. Easy to use. Happy to have this as an option for clients to pay. Appreciate the user-friendly platform.

Pros

Efficiency - we love being able to send our clients a link and for them to easily make payment. We dont get a lot of complaints or questions either!

Cons

Batch notifications come days after transactions as an email notification. We don't really need that as we can log in and see the transactions

Overall, I would highly recommend ePay to all agencies. It's affordable and makes taking the payments from clients secure.

Pros

I feel the online portal is easy to use. Customer support is great! I love the chat feature. The ability to send reminder emails to our clients is quick and efficient.

Cons

We have not noticed any bugs or issues with the platform. It's not really a con, but sometimes when a client sends a payment on Thursday even, it can take Monday or Tuesday before the money transfers to our account so that can take some time.

ePay has been a great addition to our services. It allows proper tracking of invoices whether leading up to due to date or overdue and can automatically notify insureds of overdue payments

Pros

Easy and quick way to provide professional invoices and premium finance options to insured that creates automated payment tracking detail.

Cons

There is a bit of learning curve to data entry. This was quickly resolved by my premium financing company and the ePay team.

I can't say enough about what an asset the service has been for our agency. We use it to process outgoing payments, accept payments, arrange financing and other options

Pros

Ease of use is exceptional. The process is streamlined and seamless for use as a broker. We use epay for all of our payment needs

Cons

I have not had any issues today using epay for our payment services. They have made life easy and taken the headache out of payment processing.

Has been worth the money, makes receiving payments a breeze. Again, I have the link in my email signature so it's always available.

Pros

The simplicity of sending clients a link for payment has been great. I've put the link in my signature and can direct them to use it as needed.

Cons

A bit of a wait for funds to clear, understandable but wish it was a slightly quicker turnaround time for the agency billed policies in particular.

Its been a wonderful experience from day one. epay is so helpful and is always innovating its product to keep up with tech.

Pros

I like that epay helps me reach customers that I would've lost without this program. Epay is also always reaching out to see if i need any help or have any questions.

Cons

i don't have anything negative to say about epaypolicy. I love the program and have been using it for about 3 years now.
