Our clients and employees are really like the ability to make payments online. It's easy for our office and clients to navigate.

Pros

It's so easy for our clients to make a payment. One page to enter all the information that the client needs to input payment information. Also, we like the feature of having our own link for clients to use to make their payments.

Cons

There is nothing to dislike. ePay is so easy for our clients and our employees to use. Customer service is even great!

I love using this service! Overall I find it to be very useful and allows us to operate our agency smoothly.

Pros

The ease of use is what I love the most about using the epay platform. The site is easy to understand and payment processing is simple.

Cons

I dislike the heavy card fees most. Sometimes it is difficult to explain to clients why the card fees are a percentage.

Six months using this product, completely satisfied. Again, integration with our management system is very important to our office.

Pros

Ease of use, customer support is there when you need them. Integrates well with management system AMS 360

Cons

Nothing not to like. Simple, billing is so much easier. Posting premium is seamless and payments are cleared prior to hitting banking account.

ePay has been a solid solution to managing payments from insureds to our office; with the challenges in the CA insurance markets and more customers having to use non-admitted, agency bill policies, ePay has helped make all the extra work a little easier.

Pros

ePayPolicy is easy to use; it has improve our agency's workflow and really helps with "just in time" situations when policies need to be bound. No more "waiting for the check in the mail"; we know immediately when funds are sent to us.

Cons

We have ePay set up so that is costs our users up to $10 to make an ACH payment; most customers don't mind, but I hope none of customers think it's a "junk fee". It takes a couple of days for the funds to hit our account (unlike Zelle)

My overall experience with ePayPolicy has been excellent. From the start, setup was smooth, and I didn’t face any bugs or issues that slowed me down. Payments come in quickly, deposits are reliable, and I can keep better track of my sales and client payments all in one place. Security is clearly a priority, which matters a lot when handling money and sensitive info. The platform has truly made managing payments stress-free, and my clients love how simple it is for them too. Overall, it’s been a huge win for me and my business.

Pros

What I like most about ePayPolicy is how easy it is for my clients to pay, whether with ACH or credit card. The whole process feels safe and secure, which gives me peace of mind. It has really simplified my financial management by keeping everything organized and easy to track. I also appreciate that whenever I had a question, their customer support was quick and helpful. Honestly, the learning curve was minimal — it didn’t take long at all to get comfortable using it, and it’s now part of my daily routine.

Cons

I honestly can’t think of anything I dislike about ePayPolicy. Everything has worked smoothly for me, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish.

ePay Poicy has been a wonderful tool and has allowed my staff to scale accounts receivable at a rate that would have otherwise required additional payroll dollars. It also opens up additional payment methods that we are not currently set up for i.e. Credit and Debit Cards.

Pros

ePay Policy has a fantastic user interface and the communication from their team is top notch. They call to check in and are always quick to answer any technical questions I may have. Site integrations are very robust and we're able to plug in other tools like premium finance and back end processing.

Cons

Can't say that I've found anything yet. About 6 months into the platform and I find it to be one of the best decisions I have made in scaling my MGA.

Reasons for choosing ePayPolicy

Customer service. The epaypolicy team jumped right in and answered every question quickly and effectively. The technical implementation team was knowledgeable and quick to respond. The people made the decision for our company.
