Great, fantastic, awesome, appreciated! Not one word can describe how much time and paperwork this one aspect of our insurance world has made our business better.

Pros

Ease of use. We have been with Epay from the beginning. They have done everything to improve, keep up with the advances, and make the life of a insurance agent easier!

Cons

Nothing. They have continued to grow and change with the times. They have added additions that insurance agencies use and appreciate. The technology upgrades are constant in the insurance industy and we do not have to worry about the acccount aspects due to Epay!

### "Epay Works!"

Great experience, epay is very easy. The customer service is great. I have only had to call a couple of times and it's always solved.

Pros

Customers can get payments to us right away. Sometimes a customer is out of town or even out of the country and as long as they can get an email on their phone they can pay us with a link we email them. It's as easy as clicking on a "Pay now" green button. So easy that customers can do it.

Cons

Well it does charge a fee which I understand but not all the customers think they should have to pay a fee. We try to explain it to them the convenience of paying us directly without having to drive or mail a check that these days takes weeks to get. Our mail is no longer reliable if you need it to get there right away. One more draw back is customers cannot pay you over $50K unless you set something up, which i have not done yet.

Pros

What I liked most about ePayPolicy is how easy and seamless it makes the payment process for both our agency and our clients. It’s user-friendly, fast, and secure, which gives our customers peace of mind while helping us streamline operations. The integration into our workflow has been smooth, and their support team is always responsive and helpful. It truly saves time, reduces friction, and adds a professional touch to the way we handle payments at Best One Insurance.

Cons

What I liked least about ePayPolicy is that it is a paid service. While the value and convenience are clear, it’s important to note that there are competitors in the market that don’t charge for similar payment processing solutions. As an agency owner, I always have to weigh cost against efficiency, and although ePayPolicy delivers an excellent product, the fact that it isn’t free does stand out. That said, the ease of use, security, and customer support have made it worthwhile for our business, even when compared to no-cost alternatives.

My experience with ePayPolicy has been 5 STAR as they have made my job easier and have saved me time!!!

Pros

ePay makes bill paying for both our clients and ourselves an easy experience. Our clients can simply and securely pay their premiums via a link we have available on our invoices and email without any additional help from our office staff. We also have a way to pay the insurance companies via ACH for a very nominal fee (less than the cost of a postage stamp) and can even attach a copy of the invoice or statement we are paying. Very rarely is it needed, but when I have contacted customer support, they are always friendly and helpful.

Cons

More companies need to sign up and allow payments via ePay payables. I've sent several requests to different companies, but they never responded. Some of the company payment limits as you don't know what they are until you make the payment and then it tells you it's more than allowed. Also, the Credit Card Fees can be high, we make sure to state that to our customers on our invoice and when we send anyone the link, but we understand that there isn't much ePay can do about 3rd party charges.

Good experience. There could be improvement in the insurance to insurance payment system. They advertise that when an insurance company or agency is paying another insurance company or agency, that it is only 50 cents. However, when searching for those that are "on the list", none of them come up and so I need to use the public facing payment link.

Pros

For collecting payment, I like that I do not have to incur the credit card costs charged by the credit card providers. I like the flexibility it gives my customers to pay either via ACH or credit card. For making payments to carriers, I love the convenience.

Cons

They charge monthly and their competitor SimplyEasierPayments doesn't. This has caused me to consider switching at times but I haven't yet because I haven't yet researched how the competitor works. The second con is they say that we can pay other insurance companies for only 50 cents. However, most are not findable when I do a search and I have to pay them via their regular link and pay the normal fee.

The Convenience of selecting a button and a payment link is sent to a client is Fabulous. Also, ePay is integrated into our management system when a client pays us it automatically reconciles that payment and it's complete. Because I do most of the Accounting in our office, I wish all of our client's would pay through ePay.

Pros

I Love how simple it is to send invoices to clients through our management system. ePayPolicy has made my life much easier since it records payments in our Agency Management System once the client pays.

Cons

Payment Limits. We often have clients that have $40,000 and over invoices. We end up breaking it out into a few invoices and it all reconciles properly but it's a little inconvenient.

No problems. Easy to use. Happy to have this as an option for clients to pay. Appreciate the user-friendly platform.

Pros

Efficiency - we love being able to send our clients a link and for them to easily make payment. We dont get a lot of complaints or questions either!

Cons

Batch notifications come days after transactions as an email notification. We don't really need that as we can log in and see the transactions

Experience has been fine. They will not negotiate their fees. We are moving our services to another vendor because of this. Have to do what's right for the client.

Pros

Ease of processing payments. Portal is better than some other payment vendors. Funding time is standard.

Cons

$25 monthly charge to the agency to use the software. Processing Fees to clients are higher than other payment vendors.

It has been extremely successful! The service staff, accounting department, and insureds all have an easy time using the system.

Pros

The ease of use for my clients. My clients have no problem submitting payment. The website is easy to navigate and secure. It also saves so much time! We no longer have to wait for mail-in payments to arrive. The process times are fast and reliable.

Cons

I honestly don't have anything negative to say about this program. We have become reliant on using ePayPolicy for all our renewal and endorsement payments.

Pros

ePay Policy is so easy to use and the Customer service is top notch. We would use any thing else. Very secure.

Cons

It is super slow moving from one tab to another. Would be nice if it were faster. It take way too long to complete a task.

Pros

ePayPolicy has been a game-changer for our agency. What I like best is how seamlessly it integrates with our management system, making payment collection fast, secure, and incredibly easy for both us and our clients. The branded payment page adds a polished touch, and the ability to accept ACH and card payments within 24 hours has dramatically improved our cash flow. Their customer support is responsive and knowledgeable, and the dashboard gives us full visibility into every transaction. It’s efficient, intuitive, and tailored perfectly for the insurance industry.

Cons

I'd like free check processing for clients who choose ACH option. Act as an incentive since credit card fees are so high.

Pros

The ease of producing an invoice and the ease for the client to pay. The reporting features are very helpful as well.

Cons

I do not like that the system continues to invoice the customer after the initial invoice has been sent.

Any reticence we had in turning over the control of our payments to a third party have been alleviated by the security and comfort we feel but the transparent and seamless integration into our agency bill business. The support and constant improvement sought by the organization gives me confidence that this partnership is truly a must have collaboration for any agency. It is not just a tool but your right hand in matters of premium collection.

Pros

Simple to use and integrate with your management system and invoicing. Excellent customer support with an emphasis of treating us like VIPs.

Cons

It would be nice to have true debit card capability as we do have customers that come into our office

Pros

I really like ePay policy. They are so easy to work with; everything is very intuitive. I've only really needed to engage with service a few times, but they were super helpful and accommodating. This is one service I can quickly set up and get moving. Great value. Maybe the best vendor our agency works with as far as ease of doing business! I love the fact that they can take credit cards, the money transfers quickly into our account, I feel like our money is safe and secure.

Cons

I don't have any cons. ePayPolicy is great to work with. I am just putting words here to get word count.

Overall, I would highly recommend ePay to all agencies. It's affordable and makes taking the payments from clients secure.

Pros

I feel the online portal is easy to use. Customer support is great! I love the chat feature. The ability to send reminder emails to our clients is quick and efficient.

Cons

We have not noticed any bugs or issues with the platform. It's not really a con, but sometimes when a client sends a payment on Thursday even, it can take Monday or Tuesday before the money transfers to our account so that can take some time.

I think E-pay is a convenient payment solution that we can offer to our client's and I am glad that we have this option for our customers.

Pros

We have used E-pay for many years at our agency. It is a great tool that helps our clients pay their agency billed payments quickly and conveniently. I also always let the client know when making their ACH or Credit card payments their payment information is safe and secure as Epay uses Level 1 PCI Compliance. It is very user friendly and easy for the clients to use. It is also great that the client and our agency is notified by email with a payment receipt as soon as the payment is made. The email allows us to Document that the payment was made as well.

Cons

I have not had any problems using Epay at all so I can not really list cons. I have not had to reach out to customer support either.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use — my clients can choose ACH or credit card and instantly see the difference in fees. I also appreciate that the fees are passed on to the client automatically, so we don’t have to manage them manually. The invoice feature is another huge plus, allowing us to email invoices directly to clients and pay carriers through the Payables feature. Overall, it has streamlined our back end tremendously.

Cons

You can add an attachment when sending an invoice, but I wish we could add a signature field for e-sign to the attachment so that it could reduce a step on getting our proposals signed.

We have had a great experience with ePay. The system is easy to manage, our clients never have any issues with the system, and we get quick responses from the system. It's the easiest and safest system to use for payments.

Pros

I appreciate the simplicity of the system and all the features available on the portal. We have gotten great attention from our representative and they are available to give us trainings whenever we need it.

Cons

Overall happy with ePayPolicy there is nothing to dislike. There are great security measures in place which is our biggest thing when it comes to working with systems like ePay.

EASY AND SIMPLE TO USE. THE EMAILED RECEIPTS TO THE CUSTOMERS ARE NICE AND THE SYSTEM IS EASY TO USE.

Cons

WE DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO DECLINE PAYMENTS BEFORE THEY ARE POSTED. WHEN A PAYMENT NEEDS TO BE RETURNED THERE ARE SEVERAL DAYS BEFORE WE CAN REFUND IT IN THE SYSTEM.

The platform is very user friendly. I like the service they have for invoicing as well. It makes it easier for customers to make payment.

Cons

it can take sometimes up to a week to receive funds. Depending on if its a CC or ACH payments made over a weekend or before it can get delayed.

Pros

It's easy and convenient for both our agency and policyholders. Being able to accept payments over the phone or let the customer pay online on their own time has been a game changer. I contacted support once to increase our transaction limit, and the representative was very kind and helpful. Other than that, I haven't needed assistance because the website is always in good working order. The agency dashboard is easy to understand, and the payment page is user-friendly and easy to follow.

Cons

I can't think of any cons regarding ePayPolicy. My only complaint is that our agency management system does not support ePayPolicy integration.

Using ePay services has been a great tool for us to collect premiums quicker and easier. We have never had any security or issues with the platform working as it should, which is great for customer service!

Pros

The best thing about ePayPolicy is how easy it is! Not only for our agency to use, but the ease that our clients are able to use it.

Cons

EPay is quick to deposit funds to our account which is great, however it would be easier to just have one deposit per day. Some days we will get 3 or 4 different deposits that have to be entered.
