Saves agency time from having to create invoices and financing agreements and automatically sends reminders on invoices. Great service and I am so glad I found ePayPolicy. Pros You can take credit card payments or bank account payments from insureds in 1 easy location. System is very simple and user friendly. You can send invoices or setup finance agreements fast. Cons Have not found anything I do not like about yet. ePayPolicy has all the tools and agency needs to service clients payment needs. The are easy to deal with, are prompt at communicating, and has made my job A LOT easier!! Pros The ease of use is great as is the convivence of making payments to those who accept Epay and receiving payments from our clients. Straight forward and easy to find what you are looking for. The communication from Epay is wonderful, they are always on top of any issue that comes up. Cons I am not a fan of the large ribbon/text at the top of the site when making payments to our companies that accept Epay. It takes up a lot of space and is confusing, since it is not required to log in, or create a log in. It is just confusing. Review Source LZ Luca Z. The links and editable buttons are nice features. We are definitely increasing the usage and appreciate how much assist in collecting the payments from the insureds, and how much time it saved from the entire process. Though I'd prefer to have an option to absorb the fees depending on the clients. I'd like to suggest a feature to create/download invoice for Offline-paid invoices (if the amount is over the deposit limit). Though the system does allow an invoice shown as paid offline, there's no receipt available to send over to the insured. Pros Processing payments is easy, and it's helpful to have the receipts accessible for record keeping. The login system uses 2FA almost every other log in, so it's definitely secured. Cons Logging in using 2FA is quite cumbersome sometimes, but it's understandable as an additional security layer. The $10,000 deposit limit per transaction can be a low limit for our Commercial Policies. Review Source CF Christine F. I will recommend to everyone. Pros I love the sense of security that ePay provides. At first, ePay is a learning curve for customers, but once they understand the complete product, it becomes simple and easy. I am thankful that it provides clients with the option to pay with a bank account or a credit card. This allows for premiums to be paid fast and easily. Cons I liked everything. Also, we like the feature of having our own link for clients to use to make their payments. Cons There is nothing to dislike. ePay is so easy for our clients and our employees to use. The site is easy to understand and payment processing is simple. Cons I dislike the heavy card fees most. Sometimes it is difficult to explain to clients why the card fees are a percentage. I enter info on the insured's account when they make a payment to our agency. In addition, several of our companies\\brokers are set up with ePay & I love using it to pay invoices. Pros Easy for our customers to use as well as being easy for the agency to receive payments. Our agency receives the funds quickly. I send them an email, they click on the link, and bam payment done. No taking personal info, no long conversations over the phone. Just an Email confirmation with payment received. Pros I like how well it works with our managing system. just a few clicks and I'm ready to move on to my next client. It has streamlined our ability to collect customer payments. The setup process was quick and easy, and the system is user-friendly. Pros Easy to use! Easy to set up. Customer service is excellent. My team was easily able to learn how to use the system. Cons I don't like that the customer has to pay processing fees. However, I do know that many businesses are now charging a fee. Pros Very easy payment process for our clients. Fast and easy! No complicated/tedious logins for the customers, just use link sent to them and follow the clear promps to make the solicited payment. Can't complain. Pros Epay is the best! We like the ease of use and the integration to our domain & esign. Additionally, it gives the clients the option to either use a card or an account to process a payment through a secure platform. Sometimes clients are more likely to complete a purchase when the link comes through and they do not have to share account info directly with our agents. Customer support is also very attentive and quick. THE COST is the cherry on top. By accepting ach payments you save on all the merchant fees. Cons Can't really think of anything. This is what I primarily use it for. Pros It is easy to pay general agencies and confirm amounts due. I use it mainly for sending trust money to GAs. Cons I think the charge for ACH is too high. The only thing I’d improve is the speed at which banks clear payments after they’ve been received, but that’s a minor issue. The administrative side is also very easy to navigate and if we ever run into an issue, customer support is available to help. Cons There is not much I don't like. I do wish that there was a credit card fee that decreased when the amount of the payment is larger. The ePay team doesn't hound you with marketing and upgrades, but sends periodic emails about enhancements and offerings, which is nice. Pros Ease of use! Simple way to accept agency payments, invoice clients, and transfer premium to MGA's and other agencies. Cons Credit card and ACH fees, but I know that can't be helped.
