### "EPAY has simplified our payment system"

Overall my experience with ePay is positive. It has highlighted some issues on our agency's side. Such as making sure our system data is correct, and our accounting stays up to date. Customers get emailed notices that a payment is due if the accounting dept. doesn't close it out in our agency system. That can be frustrating but keeps us on out toes.

Pros

ePay has simplified getting payments from our customers. We no longer have to wait for a check in the mail and the option of paying electronically is a great option for our customers.

Cons

It is sometimes difficult for customers to find their invoices if they enter the wrong zip code, etc. Keeping updated information in the agency system is extremely important to make this integration work.

I don't say this lightly, but I would recommend ePayPolicy to any of my agency colleagues. It is convenient and aids in agency efficiency.

Pros

ePayPolicy is quick and simple to use. It aids us in completing daily tasks as efficiently as possible. Training and support has been amazing, as well. Payment links are easy to use and simple for our clients.

Cons

I have not found anything yet that I do not like about ePayPolicy, and we have been working with them for a few years now.

Their customer support is professional and always available. They minimize the learning curve required to learn the product.

Pros

The ease of use! It's a simple way to collect funds from our clients in a secure portal and they love the option to choose between ACH or credit card payments.

Cons

The initial cap on transactions can limit the ability to process payments for clients but its something that can be changed.

### "Happy to use ePayPolicy"

Overall we are happy with ePayPolicy. It's been an effective solution for our clients. Yes, it could be better, but for now it works and is convenient for our clients.

Pros

It gives our clients the option of automatic payments. Before ePayPolicy, our clients only had the option of calling us or visiting us in person to make a monthly premium finance payment.

Cons

It doesn't integrate with our Premium Finance management software so we manually have to input the payments into our system so the client's policy doesn't get cancelled for lack of payment.

Overall it has been a great experience. It has given my business the ability to keep up with the times and new ways of conducting business.

Pros

The system is safe and secure and makes the client feel more comfortable by avoiding having to give their banking info to process an payment.

Cons

I wish that it was integrated with Quickbooks so they can make a payment directly through the Quickbooks invoice but not having to send them the link separately

It definitely made collecting payments much easier, as well as sending payments to the carriers. One of my clients used to always issue checks or physically go to the bank to deposit or transfer funds. She told me I was an angel (lol) because she was able to make her premium payment right from her couch—without writing checks, going to the post office, or visiting the bank.

Pros

Security- No sharing of bank account details, more payment option- credit card options Making it easier for client to transfer funds. Email the pending invoice

Cons

Credit card fees. Download invoices and transactions - downloads in excel format. It should give option for pdf and google sheet Emails - Should be able to mask the email with the agency name. As it may goto client spam box or they may not trust it as its not coming from the agency.

I have enjoyed using this platform! It gives our clients peace of mind knowing they can take care of the payments right away. I love that once the payment is made it is automatically recorded in the client file, sends us a receipt, task that's been done and closes out the invoices.

Pros

It provides my clients an easier way to pay their premiums. We have had many compliments on how easy the system is to use and efficiency. It especially helps with the clients who don't have access to checks to send or it gets lost in the mail.

Cons

Nothing so far, it's been an easy system to use and search for information on the payments the client makes.

It has been excellent so far from setting up the system to using it for about 5 months now. Everyone has been helpful and answered questions.

Pros

I love how veryeasy the system is to use. Also, how it calculates the fees the EFT and credit cards.

Cons

Right now, I haven't experienced any cons. We have only been using the system for about 5 months and thus far everything is going well.

Great, couldn’t be happier with the product. The ease of use, creating payment links for clients, and enabling credit card and eft payments to be made smoothly is one of the best things to add to your agency.

Pros

The ease of use and being able to create payment pages for each individual client along with allowing for direct credit card and eft payments.

Cons

I would like to be able to integrate it with my website and management system to make payments and invoices even easier.

ease of the service, ability to send links or just create invoices, refund policy is great as well, all around great service

have not found a drawback yet, CC fees being so high would be the one thing but they are on par with

I like how easy it is to use epay, it is used friendly so it is nice on the front end but it is also useful for us on the backend, it also includes ACH, CC so I would say it is quite useful for different kind of clients.

Cons

it was difficult to get or caps increased for CC and ACH but we ultimately did a meeting with the staff and they helped us achieving this,

Pros

They are so easy to use Both for the agency as well as the Policy holder. Customers can click a link and make a payment with such ease.

Cons

There are no major cons. Customers know what they are getting into and the agency is becomes more versatile and able.

good. sometimes with ACH it takes longer for us to get money so I think ACH fees should be lower than $10

Pros

quick and easy to use. been using for over 2 years. easy to give link to our customers so they can pay

fees little higher. would like to see more options where it is easy and convenient for our customers to pay.

We used to use ePayPolicy as our client payment platform and it was fantastic! We now only use ePay when needing to pay a carrier who we owe money to and it is still my favorite payment platform. I wish we still used ePay for our clients to make payment to us.

Pros

Great customer service and such an easy payment platform to use! Everyone I have spoken to on the phone has always been very helpful.

Cons

I can't think of any cons at this time.

Pros

1.Being able to pay an insurance MGA from within epayPolicy. 2.Being able to offer premium financing options which is very helpful in surplus lines business.

Cons

Possibly a little bit of a learning curve on the check reconciliation side of their offerings. However, i believe there is more than adequate training to overcome this.

Has been worth the money, makes receiving payments a breeze. Again, I have the link in my email signature so it's always available.

Pros

The simplicity of sending clients a link for payment has been great. I've put the link in my signature and can direct them to use it as needed.

Cons

A bit of a wait for funds to clear, understandable but wish it was a slightly quicker turnaround time for the agency billed policies in particular.

We just started with ePay but so far it is proving to be very useful to our agency, particularly with speeding up the time it takes for us to receive payment from insureds and being able to easily take credit card payments. It is an easy-to-use platform with a sleek and clean appearance.

Pros

The epay system has a clean and professional appearance which is appreciated. We appreciate that its user-friendly platform and does not appear to have many bugs or issues in the system.

Cons

At this time, we haven't found any negatives or things that we do not like about the ePay system. The one concern we had was resolved very quickly by using the chat feature though the website which we appreciated.

When we signed up- we understood that epay would interface with our agency management system- qqCatalyst- it does not. we still have to manual enter once an invoice is paid.

Its been great so far. We have cut down significantly on mail, checks to deposit to the bank, and following up on past due payments.

Pros

Since starting epay, we have saved a lot of headache of collecting premiums, making deposits etc. The ease of use of this product is very helpful for our clients and we have saved a lot of time.

Cons

Wish there was no fee for CC or it was highlighted better on the website so the insured doesn't make CC payments without meaning to.

Really has helped us cater to our busy clientele, very limited learning curve and even our least tech savvy team members have mastered it.

Pros

Works very well with our agency management system for pulling through account names and information using the search function. Our easiest method of offering credit card payments for our clients.

Cons

We use this as a method for billing insured, epay does not currently offer a direct option to upload invoices and receipts to our agency management system.

Pros

It is easy to use and accurate. Helps us in our agency with our customers. Each team member can use this application and keep us current with our payments/premiums for policies. Customer service is very helpful if needed

Cons

I don't think I can think of anything negative to say about ePay Policy. We have used them for a while now too.
