We can also track them easily on the website. Pros It is very easy to use and my customers love it. Funds post within 24 hours. Cons Chargebacks are few but can be difficult. The tracking of payments helps keep everything in line. Cons I wish I would have found this option sooner Reason for choosing ePayPolicy Cost of the monthly fee and ease of use but eventually we plan to have Applied Epic handle our accounting and we might need to make a switch for overall ease of use. We do not do a large volume so I have not looked real deep on this matter. Pros Gives us the ability to process down payments online Cons Price and useability Why do they charge us a monthly fee when they are collecting Exorbitant fee's from the client's. Pros I like the personalization of my Payment Website and the low cost for both myself and my customers to use this service. The platform is pretty straight forward to use and you can customize your individual page which is a nice feature. Cons I don't like having to pay when I send payments--I pay a monthly fee to ePay so I should be exempt from those payment sending fees!
