Das System wurde wahrscheinlich von einigen Freelancern programmiert und sollte ein Selbstläufer werden. Der Support wird vom Inhaber selbst gemacht. Namen im Support Chat sind unserer Meinung nach Fake. Das System als solches wäre eigentlich gut, da einfach zu bedienen. Aber zugesagte Funktionen kamen nie, Support unterirdisch und jetzt ist es komplett down. Wechseln jetzt zu heyflow

Pros

Das Dashboard ist easy zu handhaben. Ansonsten hat uns nichts aber auch gar nichts an diesem Anbieter gefallen.

Cons

Bei Vertragsabschluss zugesagte und elementar wichtige Funktionen sind heute nach 1 1/2 Jahren immer noch nicht verfügbar. Der Support ist mit Abstand das schlechteste was wir jemals erlebt haben. Reaktionen kommen wenn überhaupt nach 4-8 WOCHEN. Auf viele Anfragen wird überhaupt nicht reagiert. Das System bzw. der Login zum Dashboard ist komplett down. Alle Funnel auf Kundenseiten sind komplett down. Alle Webseiten müssen nun überarbeitet werden. Connection mit Facebook Conversion Tracking, Google Tag Manager, etc. haben nicht richtig funktioniert.

Leider bleibt nur zu berichten, dass wir Kunden verloren haben durch den schlechten Support. Smashleads ist grundsätzlich keine schlechte Lösung, aber Preis, Support und Vorteile einer Agenturlösung haben für uns dafür gesorgt, nach einer anderen Lösung zu suchen.

Pros

Die Software bietet gute Funktionen und wir haben diese für Kundenprojekte genutzt. Leider kann dieser Vorteil den fehlenden Support nicht auffangen. Kunden verloren, da der Kundensupport seit Tagen/Wochen nicht auf Anfragen reagiert.

Cons

Keinerlei Rückmeldung auf wichtige Anfragen. Seit über 6 Wochen versuchen wir Lösungen zu finden und unzählige Supportanfragen via Chat werden einfach ignoriert und nicht beantwortet. Deswegen haben wir leider zwei Kunden verloren.

Ich hole über Smashleads neue Interessenten in mein Geschäft , helfe aber auch meinen Kunden im Recruting Bereich.

Pros

Ich finde die Software sehr einfach zu bedienen und der Kunden Support ist echt super. Es wird einem direkt weitergeholfen.

Cons

Es gibt noch hier und dar ein paar Kleinigkeiten die verbessert werden können, aber hier wurde mir schon mitgeteilt das mit dem neuen Update sich einiges ändern wird . Ich bin sehr gespannt drauf.

Pros

Super easy anzuwenden. Was hier auf die Beine gestellt wurde ist wirklich lobenswert!

Cons

Klar braucht man ein wenig Zeit die Anwendung zu verstehen, wenn man davor noch nie was damit zu tun hatte. Hier hilft jedoch der Support perfekt aus und steht einem zur Seite.

Dank Smashleads konnten wir die Ladezeit der Landingpages um 15% schneller darstellen und haben dadurch einen direkten Vorteil bei unseren Kampagnen.

Pros

Nach einigen Schwierigkeiten mit einem Konkurrenzprodukt sind wir zu Smashleads gewechselt! Ich bereue diese Entscheidung nicht! Der Support ist auch 1A. Ob per Live-Chat, E-Mail oder Telefon, das Team von Smashleads ist immer erreichbar!

Cons

Einige Features sind noch in Erstellung. Sobald diese implementiert sind bin ich wunschlos glücklich!

Wir konnten mit Smashleads schnell und einfach ein Lead Formular implementieren, das sehr professionell aussieht und das ohne Designer und Programmierer.

Amazing customer support! The software team is really interested in customer feedback and develops more and more features every month.

Pros

Really amazing interactive forms with sliders, very smooth on mobile devices. We generate much more leads with smashleads than any other form software we were using before. Just the best leadgen tool for professionals in the market. Very fast loading and great usability. Highly recommended.

Cons

When I tested the first beta version, the software was a bit complicated to use. Now they have vastly improved the user interface and with their new agency edition you can manage all of your clients very easily.

The look and feel of the tool is great (it's like the apple version of all form tools). Since we use smashleads, our conversionrate has increased dramatically, because people love to fill out interactive forms instead of filling out boring static forms.

Pros

Smashleads offers a lot of possibilities to customize the form to your own needs and the design looks beautiful.

Cons

At first it was the price but at end we recognized, it is totally worth it, because the software is reliable and we don't have to deal with technical problems anymore.

Reasons for choosing Smashleads

Because smashleads had the best support and also the best tool (we testet them all). The software is reliable and the support really helps you out if something doesn't work or if you have any feature requests.

Pros

Quck & Easy implementation via Iframe on our Jimdo-Website was done in a couple of minutes.

Cons

The support is fast and helpfull, but as a young startup the guys processed many updates of the software at the early beginning of our cooperation. Sometimes little bugs caused a lack of incoming leads. But \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] improved a lot.

I love to work with smashleads cause of its handy use and its high performance (loadingspeed, duplications etc.) and the fact, that the conversion rate is higher than i ever had with any other tool.

Pros

\- Fast implementation on new Funnels and Websites - Extreme high conversionrates on traffic (30-50%) - Modern and beautiful designs available for lazy marketers - Perfect on mobile devices

Cons

There might be some bugs here and there, but it doesnt affect the performance at all and the bugs are getting fixed at the next 1-2 days. I cant really tell anythin really negative
