We are a small fish, though a vocal and pretty tech-savvy one, and SAU have really listened and taken on board some of our suggestions. Pros Set up and onboarding is pretty simple and painless. Initially, while learning the product, some things were not as intuitive as I would have liked, but, after figuring it out, it's pretty simple. There have also been several enhancements (I am proud to say, some directly related to our feedback) which SAU have implemented to help. Cons Initially, communication was a bit spotty, but different people are now in charge of that and it is now outstanding. Reasons for choosing Shout About Us SAU fitted our needs and business model better. There seemed nothing wrong with RK, but their pricing model didn't fit for us.
