This company really is this good. It's been two years of them ALWAYS exceeding expectations. Pros Shout About Us is a company that all should strive to be. If you call them... they answer. If you email them, they get back to you. Every time you have an idea of an issue, someone will pick up the phone and call you, and most issues are fixed within 24 hours. Cons Actually, I like it all. They've exceeded expectations at every turn. Pros We've integrated their API into our platform and have hundreds of clients benefiting with up to the hour review data! Pros The features are great including review generation, review response, a robust collection of review sites that it pulls in (including all the big ones), great reporting, easy setup, and great, fast support when needed. This is the same bells and whistles that the competition offers but Shout About Us is a more affordable option with superior support. Cons No cons, no issues. There is nothing that I do not like about this product. Reason for choosing Shout About Us Support and price. Superior to all other tools out there offering the same functionality. We are a small fish, though a vocal and pretty tech-savvy one, and SAU have really listened and taken on board some of our suggestions. Pros Set up and onboarding is pretty simple and painless. Initially, while learning the product, some things were not as intuitive as I would have liked, but, after figuring it out, it's pretty simple. There have also been several enhancements (I am proud to say, some directly related to our feedback) which SAU have implemented to help. Cons Initially, communication was a bit spotty, but different people are now in charge of that and it is now outstanding. Reason for choosing Shout About Us SAU fitted our needs and business model better. There seemed nothing wrong with RK, but their pricing model didn't fit for us. Review Source AC Alaina C. Cons Navigation is fairly easy, but there are a couple of areas where it might not be obvious such as making the full api connection for login reviews, but suppose is available, so that is helpful.
