Er is een lijstje van items die goed werkte in het vorige pakket WinSalar die niet meer werken in SalarFusion. Daarbij komt kijken dat ik nu nog in mijn standalone versie van WinSalar kan kijken en uitdraaien terwijl ik nu in Salarfusion moet gaan betalen over een jaar waar ik al over betaald heb wil ik na 31 december 2022 alsnog dingen bekijken en uitdraaien.Als je opzegt wordt alles digitaal afgehandeld, geen persoonlijke benadering. De verklaring van de directie is dat je al aangegeven hebt waarom je weg gaat dus "welke aftersales verwacht je dan nog? " quote van de directie. Terwijl SalarFusion nog niet volwassen is komt er voor 2023 wel een 7% verhoging aan Pros Ik moet lang nadenken, een salarisverhoging midden in de verloningsperiode wordt goed berekend. De helpdesk als je die te pakken krijgt en dan ook direct geholpen wordt zijn er twee erg goede helpdeskmedewerkers Cons Er zitten veel fouten in die achteraf gecorrigeerd worden met updateGeen API voor SnelstartIk heb loonberekeningen gemaakt van bijv. 10 ineens waarbij 1 of 2 werknemers overgeslagen werden.Een berekening terugzetten, de nog te berekenen maand gaat niet mee terug, gevolg altijd ruzie met de loonperiode om die weer handmatig goed te zetten voor de nieuwe berekening, kleinigheidje maar wel irritant.Bij het uitdraaien van de loonstrookjes geen namen van de werknemers, vorig pakket Winsalar (zelfde leverancier)was dit wel het geval.Pensioen aangifte bleven vaak haken en moesten door de helpdesk als verzonden beschouwen nadat ik zelf confirmatie had gekregen van bijv. APG of zorg en welzijn Reasons for choosing SalarFusion WinSalar is/was goed hield op volgens de directie en deze gaf ook aan dat het voor mij goedkoper was, wat achteraf niet het geval was.
