Pros The system is stable, with great real time warehousing functionality and is very easy to use and therefore easy to train new users. Nitro allows us to create our own dashboards highlighting the most important KPIs, which along with the standard dashboards have helped us improve our operation, increasing accuracy and visibility. Cons At implementation stage some of the team found the configuration/configuration decisions a little complicated and time consuming, but once set up, this doesn't need to be repeated. Cons While the initial setup was straightforward, I believe that it would have been good to have some more detailed training resources for some of our advanced users.
