Actually easier that I thought. I think that's the whole point of technology. Pros It make the signature part of the notary experience simple. I am a mortgage broker and I sometimes have to use the services of notaries and part of that is signing documents. It was quick, I was concerned it would take time, but it really didn't. It makes a process that most consider annoying much better. Cons I can't say there was much I did not like. I typically do not like to do services like these through a mobile application. But as my business expanded and I worked with banks, and customers in different states I needed to notarize documents remotely. Let's also not forget the good ol' pandemic. Pros It's very reliable,professional and convenient. You get connected to some professionals that help you get documents signed and legitimately notarized without out having to leave where you are just right there on the spot. Cons Sometimes they do require specific documents that a little to personal. I would like if it was a little bit simpler to some degree.
