When I switched companies and found the HR Team didn't have and ATS, I got approval and contacted the ExactHire team right away for a quote and implemented the new platform. What a time saver and easy to use, thank you ExactHire Team! Pros I have to pick one?! I guess it would be the fact that it is so easy to use it truly makes my HR job posting/tracking loads easier than trying to manage them all separately. Cons 1) No word count in the job description area. It would be helpful if the job description area would A) tell us the word/space count and B) tell us what the limitations are for each job board ad. (Not sure if this is possible, but would be helpful!) 2) When you create a Job Board ad, it would be helpful if when we searched we could tell which ones were free and which ones are paid. It takes some time to sift through all of them to find out information. Reason for choosing ExactHire I used it at my previous company and loved it. Review Source AA Anna A. Human Resources Manager Law Practice Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Overpromise and Underdeliver" December 4, 2024 1.0 Although the people with whom I had interaction from Exacthire were friendly, the overall service was lackluster. We did not receive many candidates. Of the candidates we did receive, none met our basic requirements. The sales pitch led us to believe that Exacthire would find us a candidate within the contract period. We paid upfront based on that sales pitch. We were misled almost to the point that this feels like we were swindled. With other recruiters, we do not pay until we hire a candidate. We also have a guarantee that the candidate will last for 90 days. We agreed to pay Exacthire upfront and waive the 90-day requirement. We will never recommend Exacthire based on this experience. Pros The sales pitch is great. You'll work with friendly and organized staff. Cons They did not have a good pool of candidates. During our contract period only 3 people were sent to us for review. They really are the best! Pros It's ability to text applicants and that it's mobile friendly for users and admin! Cons I wish it could somehow integrate with our Payroll software, however, TBH I don't know how much helpful information we would even be able to transfer if we could. From the C-Level staff and all the way down, the culture of ExactHire places customers first. My company's success and hiring needs are their top priority. The marvelous ATS they provide is proof of that. Plus, their personable environment has made working with them a pleasant experience! Pros From our side of things, the functionality is phenomenal! Because of how intuitive the system is the ease of use is extremely high. This system allows you to quickly identified qualified candidates and keeps the hiring process very organized. The experience from creating an open position to onboarding is seamless and painless. I can message candidates and collaborate with the hiring team without leaving the ExactHire system. I don't waste precious time because I'm able to do everything I need during the hiring process from a unified platform. From the applicants perspective it is also an excellent experience! I've received feedback from candidates stating how applying to other jobs was clunky and off-putting, but ours (ExactHire) wasn't. This gives me peace of mind knowing that the ExactHire's software isn't turning away candidates and I'm getting maximum participation from qualified applicants. Lastly, the staff at ExactHire is unbeatable! From the customer service team, to technical staff, to management, we've always experienced exceptional support and care. Business always involves people; so, you might as well enjoy the people you have to work with. These guys rock! Cons I'd have to think really hard on this because the ExactHire system does what we need and more. It performs very-well, is affordable, and applicants like using it. ExactHire is a very transparent company and provides a list of upcoming features. So, as our company grows, I know the ExactHire platform will keep up with us. From the onset it was evident they are a customer driven provider and we continue to be impressed with how receptive they are to ideas/suggestions and how quickly they respond with sound changes and upgrades. They are a top notch provider! Cons Nothing immediately comes to mind. ExactHire has meet, and in most instances, exceeded our expectations. If they extend their services to other areas we would like to see them become involved in social media as a recruitment platform that is tied to our open positions posted on ExactHire. Reason for choosing ExactHire We felt like ExactHire was excited to have us as a client to partner with a multi-unit/multi-state employer and were receptive to customizing their product to our needs - which they did very successfully. There are glitches from time to time but they are quickly resolved. Overall it has been a great experience. Pros Using ExactHire has eased the time consuming process of updating an applicant tracker that was created in Google sheets. The ease of communications with applicants, and internally with managers is a time saver as it is one stop shopping when it comes to documentation. Internally we can see notes created during the screening and interview process, as well as communications with the applicant. Cons I've not discovered anything I don't like about the software yet. It was easy to roll out when switching platforms, the ease of use is phenomenal, and the mobile friendly piece is a plus. Most ATS systems I have used do not the have the mobile capability. Pros I love the ease of use for hiring managers and the mobile friendly capabilities. Cons When an applicant is disqualified, I wish that it would trigger and automated "no thank you" email. Pros The software is for the most part easy to use and the customer support is good. Cons Unfortunately, in this job environment, and in our field, no one want to go the extra step needed to use the features you provide. They would rather just submit a resume and be done. In that context, your software has not been useful to us and was quite expensive. The customization of roles and workflow was very nicely done, the controls are intuitive, user friendly, notifications and various triggers are good and can be modified as needed. I liked the reporting in the form of tables, dashboards and graphs. Cons I was happy with the app as it is, it could be linked to Linked-in to provide more functionality or to other systems such as Pay roll.
