Able to take the sales data, find ways to sell more to existing customers and set up a schedule to get it done. It also allows for new prospects to be work until they start to purchase.

Pros

Flexibility to have it do business the way we want, not make us do business the way the software demands

Cons

It could have a more robust CRM. It needs to be able to send info back to DDMS not just receive it.

We use Acsellerate to ensure that our Customers are being contacted on a regular basis and to determine which accounts have not purchased from us for any time frame we choose to look at.

Pros

I like that E-Automate downloads new customs and contacts on a nightly basis. The reports on accounts with zero sales for a specific timeline can be seen as well as the last time a customer was contacted by the sales representative is very easy to access.

Cons

I don't like that we do not get gap analysis . I.E. A customer who has not bought a category of product in the last xx time frame. Or a customer owns a piece of equipment and has not bought supplies for x amount of time.

I think the best way to describe this is that it was good when we signed up 5ish years ago, but it hasn't changed a BIT since. There are so many opportunities for improvement, and other than the new search bar at the top of the screen, everything else remains the same.

Pros

The Dashboard is great, CRM is pretty intuitive, and there is a LOT you can do with reporting, you just sometmies have to jump through hoops to get what you want.

Cons

I reporting could really be improved. Not the CAPABILITIES, but the ease of switching from report to report. You should be able to set up a sales history report with the criteria you specify, and then be able to switch from report to report without having to back up, reset all of the other criteria, etc. Saving lists is a workaround but it's time consuming, and the amount of times I have to run 2 reports and then blend them in Excel is just annoying. Also, the "Include/Exclude" functions are just super outdated, slow, and need to be improved.
