Pros

GHL integration natively. That was good!

Cons

Poor signed on free trial said no card put card in and charged. Support said. Too bad. We changed our site while you were signing up

Awful - doesnt do what it says on the tin and support takes ages and comes back with broken English :(

Pros

Google maps function seemed cool, but it doesn't pull the data off Google maps, its out dated.

Cons

Awful support team unfortunately. Data extract doesn't work. Lead data out dated. Cancelled my plan and didnt receive the whole month that we paid for, maliciously cancelled our plan and took away what we paid for. Was expecting to have the whole month that we paid for - Lead carrot says no.

Overall , I highly recommend this app for those whose tasks are related to lead generation and lead scraping. It will make your work a lot easier and efficient.

Pros

This software made my lead generation tasks a lot easier and I saved up a lot of time. It’s a great software for scraping leads and it also has an amazing technical support. It’s interface is very user-friendly and you will learn how to use the software in no time.

Cons

I honestly didn’t experience anything bad about this software. So far , so good.

Pros

I wasn’t able to use as I paid and they never sent me my login.

Cons

I bought the software more than 1 day ago and I was never able to log in. After paying they didn’t send me mu login/password. Then I opened about 2-3 support tickets and they keep saying that is fixed, but when I try it says my account doesn’t exist. By the way, the support takes tooooo much to reply and always with almost no information, only one line of message.

Andre went above and beyond to help me get his software integrated into my CRM, a product that he don't support, to make sure that I understood how it was working and that it was working right. Great support is a key to any product working the way it should and the way you expect it to. I can't imaging finding another product that will produce service any better.

Pros

Easy to use, fantastic service, great price, quick response for help.

Cons

I can not say anything bad about this software.

I wouldn't be so disappointed if the price was more generous. Also there's no 24/7 support at this point.

Pros

The ability to quickly scrape leads. Their future goals.

Cons

Customer service was slow and confusing, many times I had to ask several times to get a reply. Weird bugs inside the tool which hamper the functionality. For the price they are charging it's shabby and feels incomplete/raw.

I can only say positive things. I started with Lead Carrot when they were babies, and I am glad I did.

Pros

You can automate the entire client acquisition process. When I started with Lead Carrot I did it because I had seen the quality and ethical prowess of one of the co-owners. I gladly supported the software by purchasing a lifetime account.

Cons

They are slow to add features, but on the other hand - they make sure that what is supposed to work really does.

Reasons for choosing Lead Carrot

I did not choose because I own Compliantly. I like the attitude of the owners and when it comes to SaaS the ethics of the company are important. You do not want to entrust your livelihood to a gang of junkies. With Lead Carrot, I am sure I am working with solid business-minded individuals.

Very professional people. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is a goodhearted easy to talk to guy. Knows what he’s doing and has the success to show it. He really has a good mindset on how this industry works. He sells this software and also backs up his product with excellent support! Can’t say enough good! My business has truly changed!

Pros

The ability to bring leads to your clients just became so much easier! Easy to use softwares and amazing technical support! I had a few questions and was answered so quickly. This is probably the best tool you can buy for your business. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] at least carrot sets you up for success and really wants to see you do well!. Don’t drag your feet on this software you won’t regret it.

Cons

There really isn’t anything I do not like. I just wish I had it earlier.

Go to Crm to keep track of my leads, my network of sales reps leads and clients leads for lead generation services.

Pros

It is the perfect extension to online marketing. You can zap prospects from any lead form into any pipeline created and then customize each pipeline through Automations For tailored targeting.

Cons

Getting in on the software at ground level has caused some challenges because of the frequent updates and bug fixing. Refreshing new company Pipelines can sometimes bug out and you need to exit out, and clear your browser to head back in but it's all part of the growing pains with a software that's tackling such a great problem for lead management.

Pros

I've used Lead Carrot for over 2 years now and it's a really great software. There is so much prospecting you can do with this tool and it's really easy to learn how to use and user friendly

Cons

There were a few minor bugs when the software was released, but it's been over a year and lot of them have been fixed now.
