Its not possible to connect with a wordpress to make a directory of all your restaurants in gloria food.

No esta mal si eres un restaurante de comida a domicilio o pasar a recoger, pero quieren ofrecer tambien la opcion de reservas para otro tipo de restaurantes, pero no tienen buenas funcionalidades. Mucho tiempo perdido configurandolo, para darte cuenta de que no sirve para nada.

Pros

Muchas de sus funciones estan muy bien, es economico y tiene bastantes funciones.

Cons

No es adecuado para efectuar reservas en restaurantes, no hacen diferencias entre pedidos a domicilio y reservas para comer en el restaurante. Cuando contactas con atencion al cliente parecen robots, solo te envian documentacion, pero no contestan a tus dudas ni se puede razonar con ellos.

Pros

Easy to use and customize and excellent, speedy customer service

Cons

I have not run into any issues yet. Will happily advise if anything arises.

Good customer serviceclear details on orders.

Pros

I have been using the system only for a couple of weeks. I have experienced some setup issues. The team at Gloria Food has been fast to respond and fix all issues i have had.

Cons

Being able to take out the pin option on address, rather than skip. You have to keep the restaurant app open rather than have notifications coming through if phone is on standby

every person who is intesested can easily build an online ordering system for free - optional onlinepayment can be booked extra with a very small monthly fee

Cons

does not support direct all in one solutions with hanheld pos devices with buildin printers - but there is an easy workaround

so far is very good, but still strugling with an expert to integrate it with google sheets to worj with the orders afterwards.

The fact that you can accept orders in real time

Cons

the fact that you can´t do anything with the orders when accepted (like marking them as complete, modifying them, deleting them, etc)
