Overall, Lusha started out as a test but has become a daily staple for myself and our team in terms of outreach, and contact management. Using both the contact and company features, we are able to create a fine tuned campaign and pull contact information directly from Lusha into our outreach program. We've recently began to use the Lusha Outreach Sequence Settings in Engage and the customization is awesome. I also love that Lusha allows flexibility in the pricing and customization for Enterprise Plans, which is appreciated for smaller organizations who need to dial in usage across users.

Pros

Lusha provides a low cost, easy to use and modern Outreach and Prospecting Platform for Sales Teams and Individuals to use. So far, I've been confident in utilizing their data around numbers, names, emails and company organization and it quickly can help cut through confusion. I trust it to be more updated than some of it's competitors in this space from first hand experience.

Cons

Some of the newer features seem reactionary to the industry trends. These would be things likes Hot Intent and Enrich seem to be driven by the current AI buzz, and have yet to really feel as substantive as some of their core features like Search and Recommendations, which are core functions. It's not a huge detractor, and I appreciate new features but spending more time on ensuring the data is 100% accurate would be better, in my opinion.

I feel that they have old data, its more costly and extraction of data needs to be improved so that you can extract more than 25 contact at a time

Lusha has a great funtion to search for titles/rolls in companies and select the type of company and vertical you need

Cons

Data is outdated, extracting the list is tedious at best and the cost for the data i higher than most I have used before

Pros

Lusha provides accurate and up-to-date contact numbers, which makes it much easier to reach the right people quickly. Having reliable direct dials saves a lot of time in prospecting and helps speed up the outreach process.

Cons

Nothing specific comes to mind, overall the platform works well for my needs. If I have to choose something then the extraction of leads could be more smooth and easier.

When I made searches with lots of filters the whole system would bug out and not work properly which was very annoying.

Infuriating - I will never ever do business with a company that has bought my stolen data. I they tender to our company, I allow them to waste their time before binning the proposal just like all of my time that has been wasted by people harassing me in the middle of the night saying Lusha gave them permission to call me.

Pros

Before they stole my data i was harassed less. This company Steal data like personal phone numbers and then strangers call you at all hours. When you put in a GDPR right to be forgotten request - which I have several times, they just re-steal your data and sell it again. My phone number is NOT available online or on any social media, so it seems they steal it from persons inboxes they gain access to - however this information they apparently refuse to share.

Cons

Pros

Flexibility in identifying and targeting the right contacts within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), specifically those connected to or operating within the MENA region. Pulling leads to SalesForce

Needs improving in terms of contacts in the CEE region. Most of the leeds I have in this region have little to no infofmation

Overall a fine and usefull tool for a reasonable price. I will recommend this. Just use it for 1 month and experience on your own.

Pros

It is a very accurate tool to get phone numbers of specific people. The Google Chrome plugin works very well and easy to use in combination with linkedin

Cons

There is allways a pop-up in the screen. Sometimes the number is not available, but that is something you will always have.

Lusha has indeed helped my company In gathering data, massive data, and relevant data, Lusha can be integrated with LinkedIn which is one of the features I love the most as this helps us see the profile of the targeted prospect and better position our approach to them

Pros

Lusha helps us gather relevant data, which assists us in reaching out to prospects and converting them to Clients, I also like its Integration with LinkedIn that in itself is a plus because every profile you click on, just brings out the data of that person if available.

Cons

Well out of 50 data gathered 2 or maybe 4 out of the emails or phone numbers could be the wrong person but that's all cons about them, it's usually minimal compared to other competitions, I can say I recommend Lusha.

It’s easy to use tool to get lead info and company details. Extracts accurate movable numbers of decision-makers. It provides an email service. It syncs well with salesforce. Its extension is straightforward to access and extremely quick.

Pros

Lusha is a nice product and alternative to Zoominfo if you’re into prospecting, lead generation, and contact details identification domain. The most effective part is it complies with the GDPR norms and hence you’ll be able to use it to find the contact details of the EMEA region which is quite onerous through Zoominfo which is nice if your target market is APAC. Each of the cloud version platforms and also the extension works well. Lusha Dashboard is additionally intuitive, and helps is to keep track of credit used over totally different periods by different members in graphical format, which is quite helpful. The fact that appliance works very smoothly on the Chrome extension with less hassle. One will realize contact numbers as well as email addresses very simply by merely adding the extension on your Chrome or any web browser, occurring the target person’ LinkedIn profile and obtaining their information.

Cons

Overall, it is a great tool unquestionably. Whether it is data extraction, prospecting or maintenance, you can manage everything very easily and helps you a lot to increase the frequency of your reach out as well as conversions in the sales niche.

Pros

Lusha is an amazing tool when it comes to extract leads and their contact info no matter if it is their contact number or their e-mail, Lusha turned to be the most accurate as compared to the other tools in the same space. Not only, is it easy to use it is almost accurate every single time. You can easily keep a track of all the leads that you extracted at one place. You can also extract multiple leads at the same time, saving a lot of time when used in an integrated format with the other sales tools/softwares like LinkedIn. Also, the USP of this tool that was the most relevant to me was its prospecting feature where you have various filters to actually deep dive into a particular industry/ niche and extract the data in a structured manner industry by industry. Moreover, you also get a lot of free credits every month when you join the Lusha community providing something extra to their members.

Cons

All in all it is a great platform for increasing your overall sales but sometimes it might provide inaccurate information like the phone numbers might be old and now not in use. Also, it is a little expensive when you want to use it on a full fledged basis with all the features in place.

Nothing really, except the price hike, we use about 12k contacts a year, and we buy them in blocks, the upfront subscription doesn't work for us in these covid times. When it came time recently to buy more credits, the price increased by 66%, that's way to expensive and out the cost of a lead to over 50 cents, and that was the discounted price, the best price the guys could offer us. Thus sadly, we have had to close our account. NOW, this is not a reason to stop using the solution, just be aware that your pricing is bout to increase by 66% or more, and that's if you pay annually advance, so I think a few of the smaller accounts, 12 credits useage a year will find other solutions,

Pros

We've been a user of the solution for a few years, it's very very helpful and the team supportive, covers the US market well, the European market not so well, but that's not really Lusha's fault

Cons

the 66% increase in pricing, it forced us to find alternatives

Reason for choosing Lusha

We chose Lusha because they were very willing to work with us, help us meet a budget of no more than xx cents per lead, but with an increase of more than 66%, prepaid annually in advance we have to stop, so just wanting others to be aware and they plan ahead and for Lusha to consider its payment options for clients and commercial terms

Pros

Lusha is very useful in finding the email address of any people, I usually search for leads on Linkedin and my Lusha is integrated with my Linkedin for Business. I was able to find email addresses so easily with the help of Lusha. Lusha is easy to use and the interface is so simple, go to the LinkedIn profile and click on show email id on the Lusha plugin and that's it, you will find the email address of your lead. I also use Lusha for lead generation, this is a very easy way to find leads and their contact information. Overall Lusha is the best product for me to find the leads and their contact information.

Cons

There should be an option to update some email address that was wrong on the Lusha, I have seen many times some errors in email address but there was no option to update that.

Good product and great value for ease and immediate results - as a researcher with majority of my clients in the recruiting industry, finding accurate contact info quickly is essential.

Pros

Ease of use, immediate value and convenience in product for contact info. Fair pricing. Technically lusha works well and is easy to activate on LI

Cons

One aspect is not really the fault of lusha but dead/not current contact info is a growing problem on LinkedIn - all lusha does is uncover the contact info given by LI user who does not always update their contact info as they change jobs/locations. This something lusha needs to be aware of because it’s success and value is completely tied to this - if LI cannot control this quality issue of user provided contact info - lusha is a goner, I will dump lusha for another contact/email product. Would like more options with subscription plans and pricing - for instance, found no option to save cash when currently have no work in the pandemic because I did a flat yearly subscription and now have no work to justify that cost. New competition for this type of product makes me not as loyal to lusha - would like better pricing for what it does compared to some of the other products that seem to do more. Lusha feels like a one trick pony. Another negative is when no contact info is available or no email is available- would love lusha to be able to at least offer a company email - I use Seamless AI, Hunter.io etc for emails not available on lusha

Reason for choosing Lusha

Not settled on lusha but at the time was best for ease of use and fair pricing. Always looking - there are new free/fee products- even products I looked at before are worth looking at again as there are constant changes in products and new players competing/doing same thing like Aeroleads, Linked Helper, free Chrome extension, Google helper etc etc I continue to use lusha because it is simple not dense or complicated - it does exactly what it says it does, simplicity and ease of use is a big plus - I am not a salesman looking for five billion ways to slice and dice and send mass emailing so lusha works well for my purposes as a researcher.

Pros

For my firm's use the quality, as well as the speed at which you can attain it, are both imperative. They knock it out of the park.

Cons

I would like to integrate into our ATS. I'm not sure if this is possible or not but I also haven't researched.

Also, the software is easy to use: both novice and experienced users will appreciate how user-friendly and straightforward the software is. Moreover, their customer support provides customers with prompt assistance for any issues we might encounter.Lusha easily communicates with a variety of CRM platforms, such as Salesforce and HubSpot, increasing productivity and efficiency.

Cons

They have limited contact data coverage and not all the contacts that I'm looking for is provided. Also, I find Lusha's pricing to be relatively high.

Lusha is one of the best tool available in the market which helps any Database enrichment team work more easy. We have been using multiple tools and Lusha provides the best results. Using Lusha and Hubspot helps easy export of data into the CRM.

Cons

As not all enrichment platforms are accurate, it happens with Lusha as well for atleast 8-10% of Inaccurate emails/contact details are provided.
