Overall, my experience with Lusha has been a mixed one. The tool delivers where it matters most, the LinkedIn integration is seamless, data extraction is reliable, and the subscription pricing is considerate enough to justify the investment for sales teams. The security is also top notch, giving you confidence that your data and account information are well protected. However, the occasional bugs and the complete lack of customer support response leave a lot to be desired. For a tool with this much potential, addressing those gaps would make it a much more well-rounded solution.

Pros

Lusha's LinkedIn integration is a highlight, the Chrome extension captures leads directly from profiles, making it a smooth and efficient addition to any sales process. The data extraction is solid too, often returning multiple phone numbers per contact. On price side, the subscription pricing is fairly reasonable compared to similar tools, making it accessible for teams of different sizes without breaking the budget. Overall, it strikes a decent balance between functionality and cost.

Cons

The biggest disappointment with Lusha has been the customer support. After reaching out via email regarding an account issue, I received no response, which is frustrating, especially when you're relying on the tool for active prospecting. For a paid service, that level of unresponsiveness is simply not acceptable. Beyond support, there are occasional bugs and issues that disrupt the experience, sometimes the extension fails to load data correctly or returns incomplete results, which wastes credits and slows down the sales process. These reliability hiccups, combined with the lack of support to escalate them to, make the overall experience feel lacking.

Overall, Lusha started out as a test but has become a daily staple for myself and our team in terms of outreach, and contact management. Using both the contact and company features, we are able to create a fine tuned campaign and pull contact information directly from Lusha into our outreach program. We've recently began to use the Lusha Outreach Sequence Settings in Engage and the customization is awesome. I also love that Lusha allows flexibility in the pricing and customization for Enterprise Plans, which is appreciated for smaller organizations who need to dial in usage across users.

Pros

Lusha provides a low cost, easy to use and modern Outreach and Prospecting Platform for Sales Teams and Individuals to use. So far, I've been confident in utilizing their data around numbers, names, emails and company organization and it quickly can help cut through confusion. I trust it to be more updated than some of it's competitors in this space from first hand experience.

Cons

Some of the newer features seem reactionary to the industry trends. These would be things likes Hot Intent and Enrich seem to be driven by the current AI buzz, and have yet to really feel as substantive as some of their core features like Search and Recommendations, which are core functions. It's not a huge detractor, and I appreciate new features but spending more time on ensuring the data is 100% accurate would be better, in my opinion.

### "AVOID MAKING AN EXPENSIVE MISTAKE!!!"

Pros

Nothing. It is supposed to do a very simple job, which is to provide contact details for the accounts we are prospecting into, and the data is either inaccurate or not there at all.

Cons

We have been with Lusha for 7 months now, and the overall conclusion is that the emails and phone/mobile numbers they provide are grossly false to what was initially presented and promised. Claim from Lusha is that they provide 80% accuracy of their phone/mobile number data, which, on one hand, is true. HOWEVER, their coverage of data is 10% which is just horrible for the price tag it comes with. Meaning out of 100 people, they will have contact details for 10, and 8 will be accurate. SO 8/100!! But they won't tell you this. We had multiple meetings with their data team and their Customer Success Manager to try to find a solution where we requested that they deliver on their promises, but all that we got was no direct answers and parroted: "Lusha is continuously striving to improve the data it provides, and our accuracy is 80% which is the industry standard." And when I point out that the coverage is 10% so their accuracy doesn't mean much, we just get blank stares and a silent meeting. Lusha claims to update their database every quarter and have verified contact information, but let me give you a couple of examples of my experience with it so far: - Called a number provided by Lusha, somebody picked up and said that the person I'm looking for left the company 15 years ago, and their phone number was taken over by somebody else. Therefore, they left the old number next to this prospect for over 15 years. - Called a number provided by Lusha, and a wife of that person picked up, saying this is her private number and not her husband's work number. - Called a number provided by Lusha, somebody picked up and said that the person I was trying to reach has not been using this number for the past 8 years. - Countless times, person picked up said that yes, this is their first and last name, but they do not work in the company I was trying to reach, therefore it's the wrong person. Then imagine the frustration when you barely get 10 numbers out of 100 to find out that they are wrong or inactive. Their email coverage is about 50% with the same accuracy of 80% so expect 40/100 people to have correct emails.

I feel that they have old data, its more costly and extraction of data needs to be improved so that you can extract more than 25 contact at a time

Lusha has a great funtion to search for titles/rolls in companies and select the type of company and vertical you need

Cons

Data is outdated, extracting the list is tedious at best and the cost for the data i higher than most I have used before

Pros

Lusha provides accurate and up-to-date contact numbers, which makes it much easier to reach the right people quickly. Having reliable direct dials saves a lot of time in prospecting and helps speed up the outreach process.

Cons

Nothing specific comes to mind, overall the platform works well for my needs. If I have to choose something then the extraction of leads could be more smooth and easier.

When I made searches with lots of filters the whole system would bug out and not work properly which was very annoying.

Latest information for both emails and phones. It also has its own prospecting tool which takes a different angle to the LinkedIn sales navigator

Cons

Only have used Lusha for about a month so nothing has come to mind when thinking of improvements. So at the moment there's nothing clear enough to mention from a sales perspective

Lusha has been a crucial tool to find decision makers incredibly quickly which is important for expansion in our business. The ability to identify a decision maker in seconds saves an incredible amount of time saving you money and allowing sales people to focus on driving more revenue.

Pros

The most important feature for us is the seamless integration between Lusha and Hubspot. Using Lusha, once we've identified a decision maker, we can instantly add this into Hubspot which is a massive benefit saving a lot of time. Lusha has a fantastic web extension for LinkedIn and we've found their data accuracy to be amongst the best having trailed other tools previously. It is easy to set up and administer to the team with little to no training.

Cons

The only criticism is the data accuracy can be low at times providing out of date emails and phone numbers. This is to be expected but more could be done to identify leads with a low chance of the data being accurate and up to date.

Overall, it is a great tool unquestionably. Whether it is data extraction, prospecting or maintenance, you can manage everything very easily and helps you a lot to increase the frequency of your reach out as well as conversions in the sales niche.

Pros

Lusha is an amazing tool when it comes to extract leads and their contact info no matter if it is their contact number or their e-mail, Lusha turned to be the most accurate as compared to the other tools in the same space. Not only, is it easy to use it is almost accurate every single time. You can easily keep a track of all the leads that you extracted at one place. You can also extract multiple leads at the same time, saving a lot of time when used in an integrated format with the other sales tools/softwares like LinkedIn. Also, the USP of this tool that was the most relevant to me was its prospecting feature where you have various filters to actually deep dive into a particular industry/ niche and extract the data in a structured manner industry by industry. Moreover, you also get a lot of free credits every month when you join the Lusha community providing something extra to their members.

Cons

All in all it is a great platform for increasing your overall sales but sometimes it might provide inaccurate information like the phone numbers might be old and now not in use. Also, it is a little expensive when you want to use it on a full fledged basis with all the features in place.

Nothing really, except the price hike, we use about 12k contacts a year, and we buy them in blocks, the upfront subscription doesn't work for us in these covid times. When it came time recently to buy more credits, the price increased by 66%, that's way to expensive and out the cost of a lead to over 50 cents, and that was the discounted price, the best price the guys could offer us. Thus sadly, we have had to close our account. NOW, this is not a reason to stop using the solution, just be aware that your pricing is bout to increase by 66% or more, and that's if you pay annually advance, so I think a few of the smaller accounts, 12 credits useage a year will find other solutions,

Pros

We've been a user of the solution for a few years, it's very very helpful and the team supportive, covers the US market well, the European market not so well, but that's not really Lusha's fault

Cons

the 66% increase in pricing, it forced us to find alternatives

Reason for choosing Lusha

We chose Lusha because they were very willing to work with us, help us meet a budget of no more than xx cents per lead, but with an increase of more than 66%, prepaid annually in advance we have to stop, so just wanting others to be aware and they plan ahead and for Lusha to consider its payment options for clients and commercial terms

### "Bad data"

Pros

Lusha (when it works) makes your life a bit easier when to comes to data extraction and finding the lead/contact's info (email / phone)

Cons

1) if the contact has 2 emails on Lusha one is obviously a spam email (e.g Hotmail) and other one is real then the software isn't smart enough to flag this and write that the person works at hotmail / mircosoft in other words, it has the ability to differentiate one from the other of a 3 year old 2) the data 50% of the time is wrong and bad, which creates way more work than anything else 3) when exporting the data to a 3rd party tool (e.g Salesloft) the system can't really read the title of the person right "VP of digital transformation " would be saved as VP. which is pointless

I have used the chrome extension of the tool in a very efficient manner, which has allowed us to get used to the tool (Free version) before making a purchase. The tool has helped us with getting leads and helping us to convert some of them too.

Pros

It's very easy to use and it's super useful to get the data (Leads) possibly interested in your products or services.

Cons

The tool does not always get the information directly from LinkedIn about people from time to time which results in less accuracy of data. There should be manual data checking more frequently which could result in data enrichment.

Pros

If you are making cold calls, this is an essential tool. In most cases, Lusha was able to find the mobile numbers and emails I was looking for. In fact, it's extremely simple, as the app pops up with the contact information without you having to do anything, you just need to click the button.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike about Lusha. I can always contact the support team for assistance and answers to my questions. In addition to that, Lusha is improving every day, and I think it's a simple tool with a simple interface. My hope is that it will work on all websites.

Not worth it. Many better tools out there. Does not cater to the European market.

Pros

Not much. Useless app. Not worth the time or money. very outdated. Probably felt like a new thing years ago.

Cons

Only a third of leads are available and a lot of them are private contact details. The leads are not happy when we contact them on their private numbers.

Overall like using Lusha but these days many technical issues are cropping up like different profiles opening up on LinkedIn in place of a selected profile

Pros

The pop up on LinkedIn looks useful The phone numbers are useful for sales contacts

Cons

1\. Many phone numbers in the database are incorrect, leading to the wastage of credits. Also if a user stops the subscription, all the remaining leads go waste. • We have found some of the companies from the packaging & Steel industries contacts were not reflecting • Some of the remote locations like Bhopal, Nagpur, Himachal Pradesh, etc were found to be unavailable • Found 30 – 35 % of contacts are invalid email ids. For example, I have picked up 10 contacts out of those at least 4 bounce back.

I hate everything about this company. Do you like over paying for worthless leads you can hust go to fiverr and get a va to get you better leads.

Cons

The signuo is deceptive. You think youd get 400 downloads a month? No thats for the entire year. Complete waste of moneyvusi g this service.
