September 23, 2018 4.0 I would recommend it to users, it is good and easy to use and probably gives more options within paid packages. Pros Lusha is extremely easy to use and understand - works as an extension and it pulls info from different sites. Has no complicated functions, so you can easily use it and understand how to extract info. Cons Lusha only works with Linkedin so it is a bit of a down and free trial has very limited credit, not enough for a user to experience the software features and validates its results. Pros Provides direct contact details for some high scoring contacts within key accounts I'm working. Cons Salesforce integration could do with some work. It doesn't always copy over their title from LinkedIn & only includes one of two contact numbers if two are available. I find it very difficult to find Nordic leads, but Lusha has always had them and this is the tool that I lean towards the most. Cons I cant think of anything. Pros Ease of use, and the User experience platform. Cons The information provided is maybe right 50% of the time, and then of course there are a number of contacts it doesn't contain info for. If it hadn't been for Lusha, I really would have struggled to do my job to the same extent as I have without it. Pros In my role I'm trying to engage with high-level executives across various industry sectors. Lusha helps to bypass some of the inherent obstacles we come across on a daily basis and connects you directly with the person you wish to engage. Cons There are a lot of numbers that are a personal mobile number, which obviously some people can get upset about when you are trying to have a business conversation with them. There is also outdated information, in some cases I've tried to connect with someone only for the call to be answered by a previous company they worked at more than 4 years before. The tool has made getting in touch with prospects so much easier compared to other tools. Cons The only complication from my experience was no direct integration with a prospecting software such as Outreach or SalesLoft. If they had some type of partnership with the engagement tools that'd be incredible! I tried it on my own linkedin profile and it didnt work, there was an email that I had actually never used or was associated with. After changing my target account Lusha ad far fewer email addresses compared to Apollo and I switched back. Apollo costs less. Pros User Experience, brand and quality of cell numbers. Cons Maybe I use very few features of Lusha, but I find it very expensive. Pros Lusha is more accessible to use! It's more easy and convenient in such a way that it won't take you a long time to wait for the contact numbers to appear, unlike the other free contact finding tool.
