Pros Yes, So many features to be good on this product like report, RP creation, synching with other 3rd party software like SNOW and WSUS servers. overall rating is good from my side.. keep it up guys. Predictive patching capability has helped to achieve healthy patch compliance figures. It was great to have the requested features introduced in Jet Patch and had a great customer support right from the beginning. Pros Jet Patch is definitely one of the easiest tool to work with. The integration with current infra has certainly eased out patching activities involving multiple operating systems. The tasks of upgrading Jet Patch, error notifications, deployment and easy management of connector, Predictive patching capability and endpoint readiness are a few features which makes Jet Patch stand out from other solutions. Jet Patch has been evolving with induction of new features and excellent customer support along with improving knowledge centre proves the Jet Patch solution is a right choice. Cons It would be really great to have GUI for connector on endpoints. Similar to what SCCM, Altiris provides. This helps in tracking the task delivery and execution details. Detailed description on the patch failure and error codes. Presentation of reports and data can be enhanced. I was failry impressed with the support provided by JetPatch during and after initial deployment and configuration. Pros JetPatch was fairly easy to set up and the team aided us all over the way. I particularly liked all the ability to automate patching for servers and workstations while being able to perform pre and post patching steps. The team was also always eager to help and assist with any issue that would come up with the product and the assistance was almost immediate for most of it. Cons There is still a lot of space for improvements and other things that would definitely help to make the product a lot more appealing, but this is not really a complaint since the potential is fully there, and I am sure JetPatch is working towards making their product the best in the market. Pros helped me deploy and publish all critical patches in my environment. the predictive patching and test the patch before publish, save me a lot of time and finally all the patches are installed on the servers. Cons like all the features, every option in JetPatch save me time and make the patching process to be automatically.
