Ein perfektes Tool zur Kontaktaufnahme für die Kunden. Einfache Bedienung für das Unternehmen aber auch für den Kunden. Für uns ganz klar eine Bereicherung.

Pros

Die einfache Bedienung überzeugt. Die Kunden können auswählen mit welchen Plattformen diese mit uns in Kontakt treten möchten. Auch der Support von Okomo ist einwandfrei und es wird auf Anliegen eingegangen. Man wird betreut und ernstgenommen.

Cons

Wir konnten keine Nachteile feststellen und können Okomo problemlos empfehlen.

Der Support seitens Okomo ist spitze. Wenn mal etwas nicht funktioniert, sind die Kollegen von Okomo sofort am Start, finden den Fehler schnell und helfen aktiv mit die Endkunden-Fragen zu beantworten. Großes Lob an das gesamte Team - Ihr seit wirklich kundenorientiert.

Pros

Es ist einfach in der Bedienung und auch das Backend für Laien leicht handzuhaben. Dem Besucher einer Seite/Veranstaltung wird es sehr leicht gemacht mit dem Unternehmen in Kontakt zu treten. Die Termin-Anfrage-Option ist supr kundenfreundlich. Auf einer Ausbildungsmessen, die wir für einen Kunden realisiert haben, kam auch gut an, dass Besucher sogar Ihre Unterlagen für eine Bewerbung schicken konnten. Alles in allem also sehr praxisorientierte Funktionen.

Cons

Bislang fehlte die Funktion, dass ich als Experte auch aktiv auf einen Besucher gehen kann.

As a web designer I create websites for insurance companies, consultancies and ecommerce businesses. Every time they need an easy way to communicate with their clients, I recommend them the tool. The feedback I get is overwhelming. They say that they like the fact that you can not only communicate but also for example share files and share your screen (pretty useful, in the past my clients always had to download TeamViewer).

Pros

The tool does everything you need for online communication: Live-Chat, Voice- & Videocall, Filesharing and Screensharing. The implementation into your website works very easily. Within 5 minutes it's installed and customized to your needs. What makes Okomo really unique compared to its competitors, however, is the possibility to select the experts you want to communicate with (they can create their own bio within the tool). If an expert you wanna call is not available, you can also leave a message or schedule a meeting. The tool works perfectly in the website, but you could even place a link into a e-mail signature, linkedin profile, etc. which opens directly the Okomo tool.

Cons

Nothing I could think of. So far everything worked well. Also the customer care team responds very fast and competently.

Reasons for choosing Okomo

There are some other good competitive products available, however, none of the alternative products covers the whole range of features Okomo offers. The price of the product is comparatively low which makes it also an affordable product to smaller companies. Also I really like the support team which is very helpful and friendly. Can strongly recommend :)
