I have been using Intuit Quickbooks desktop version for over 20 years and enjoyed it every day and I have tried their cloud version but was not happy at all. I searched and found Invoice Crowd, which has been the perfect solution. I was able to purchase Invoice Crowd, set up my business profile, add client profiles, integrate my payment options, add my own brand colors and logos, and create several invoices within minutes of joining. I'm pretty amazed at how easy they have made it. I researched many invoicing systems and this by far was exactly what I was looking for in order to get invoices out with a quick turnaround. I'd highly recommend it. Pros I love how I can provide discounts, customize the invoices with extra sections and text, as well as track expenses in addition to those invoiced. Cons Would love to see the links to the online payment options automatically added to the .pdf version of the invoice. As of now, I was able to manually add them so they show up when printed which is needed for company's who merely forward the pdf version of the invoice to their accounting departments rather than forward the original email that includes the links to payment gateways. Switched from [QuickBooks Enterprise](https://www.capterra.com/p/174984/QuickBooks-Enterprise/) Although QuickBooks is a great product, it was quite overwhelming with features I didn't need. I made the switch to Invoice Crowd because it is robust, but simple to use and navigate. I love how you can still track expenses too. Reasons for choosing Invoice Crowd I chose Invoice Crowd over these alternative products because of the modern and user-friendly dashboard. The software is built in a way that it caters to any user from beginner to advanced. It does everything you need for estimating and accounting, so there are no extra programs you need to buy. I would recommend InvoiceCrowd as the best solution for any business. I love the clean, easy to understand interface of InvoiceCrowd. It took me two minutes to figure out how to set up estimates and invoices and I was good to go! It's also a great option if you are looking for a more hands-off approach, with some automation features that make my accounting tasks easier. Cons Would like to be able to export files to an offline backup "just in case" instead of everything just in PDF. a database or spreadsheet would be awesome.
