Pros As I started diving deeper into its training video library I discovered that it is a well thought and developed virtual fair application. It is the missing piece I needed to change my virtual presentations, of course, I will keep using zoom and google meets day today (very hard to walk away from them, is like stop breathing) and I will keep using live webinars for people like me that do 90% of my business activities online, you need to switch around your presentation styles and environments to keep your audience interested and engaged. for monetization purposes sponsored booths are perfect and it increases your credibility and you can hedge your position for others to collaborate with you to piggyback on their networks = more potential clients. Cons I like to see VR headset capabilities in all levels of subscription, a minimum of 2 organizer seats at every level, and webhooks. The team and account manager are always happy and ready to help. The communication chain is short and you can easily reach out to them via email and other channels. Pros We have been using the Virtual Expo for q while now for a customer project. It is easy to use and navigate. Also, the end-user feedback is very good. I love working with the team at Hexafair. They are always ready to help and check if we have questions and there is always an answer for us within a short turnaround time. Cons The version we are using does not allow us to stream Facebook and Youtube streams but I hope this will be considered in the next releases.
