I cant stress enough that the Logixboard staff is here to help their clients. Every interaction with the Logixboard team is productive, positive and punctual. From their developers to their customer success team, the whole team is happy and seems to genuinely like the work they are doing. This makes for a really great overall experience, and helps keep the momentum flowing forward.

Pros

Logixboard made it very easy to integrate their platform to our existing TMS. They walked us through every step, and more importantly took the lead in the process saving us valuable time. The Logixboard tool has been customized to provide valuable information on every piece of the transportation process that our customers need and want to know. This in turn has put our customers in a position where they have everything they need at their finger tips in one easy to navigate platform.

Cons

The positive thing about Logixboard is that they are constantly developing new features to the platform. When we've had gaps in visibility or new feature requests, the Logixboard staff is quick to act in finding and/or developing a solution.

Great customer service and their team genuinely cares about our team and our success.

Pros

It's very user friendly, organized, and comprehensive. We love that they are continuously improving their software as well.

Cons

We are eagerly waiting for other capabilities like PO Management to be introduced.

I enjoy working with the logixboard team. This platform creates a solution for international and local logistics shipments in a visual and easy-to-use way. I also value the ease of access to data and analytics provided by the platform.

Pros

I will say the shipments dashboard because is easy to use, quick to learn, and have intuitive design.

Cons

At the moment I cannot think of CONS. Whenever I identify a potential improvement to the platform, the logixboard team is already working on it and in a couple of week I can see the results. So it is not a static platform but it is dynamic and that gives it value.
