The initial setup and integration process with GeekSeller was simple and very well structured, including the training sessions. GeekSeller Support is always available to us which was very important to our users. I highly recommend GeekSeller for a company's multichannel marketplace online presence. Pros Our company loves the user friendly interface that allows us to process and fulfill our orders and inventory with multiple online marketplaces. We love the vast selection of online marketplace integrations and the highly dependable and reliable customer support that GeekSeller offers. Cons There has been nothing so far that we do not like with GeekSeller. The software has changed they way our company operates our business. As a seasonal seller, we were very happy that Geek Seller was willing to work with us! \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], our account manger, made the set up, activation, and de-activation process super ease and again, seamless. Pros The communication between the Geek Seller system and the Walmart DSV system was quick and seamless. It saved us several steps and cut our order processing time by 85% After a few clicks, the shipping label was generated and the tracking number uploaded into the DSV system. Cons For us there are no cons. We like everything about the Geek Seller software as it served our needs perfectly. Easy setup. No operational issues. Pros The rep assigned to us made working with Geekseller a 10/10 experience. It's been far better than working with many other software and marketplace companies. The software features are nice, but having a skilled contact who makes it happen, takes initiative, communicates, is detailed and careful - is valuable. Cons Doesn't provide everything we need, so we're using it narrowly to connect a handful of marketplaces and pass orders to another software. I go into Geekseller and update there and they export it for me. I can also list new items in there which is so convenient. Pros Geekseller is easy to use and has the best customer service. Their live chat is so convenient. If you have to leave them a message you get a reply with a couple of hours. I have even received a response at 1am PST!
