Local guide is an extra add-on that allows to feel more comfortable if you are new to the area. It was an easy start for someone like me who has recently relocated to London! Pros GuestHug app was a fantastic go-to solution that combines everything you can be looking for in one go. Whether it is check-in/out instructions, small tips about the flat or the instructions on how to locate the keys on your first day- everything was clear and straightforward. Cons It would be great if you could copy and paste the address from the app. This is handy if you want to add the address into Google Maps (not Apple Maps), for example. Easy to communicate with hosts/guests before check-in and avoids potential confusion for both sides. It is very useful to give the guests the chance to order stuff before they arrive and other services at a reasonable price. The best feature is the ability to get in touch with the property owner within the app via a chat function. I feel this level of customer service separates GuestHug from other booking management services. Cons The chat function on iPhone 11 does not expand as the user types into the chat field, obscuring the view of what has been written. Cons I might suggest using different coloured dots for check in and check out on monthly calendar view or to be able to post the video guide in the app instead of link to YouTube video.
