Fantastic app , easy to use, i used it a few times to locate WiFi information, home appliances instructions. Local guide is an extra add-on that allows to feel more comfortable if you are new to the area. It was an easy start for someone like me who has recently relocated to London!

Pros

GuestHug app was a fantastic go-to solution that combines everything you can be looking for in one go. Whether it is check-in/out instructions, small tips about the flat or the instructions on how to locate the keys on your first day- everything was clear and straightforward.

Cons

It would be great if you could copy and paste the address from the app. This is handy if you want to add the address into Google Maps (not Apple Maps), for example.

Pros

It’s likely to become a portal to address all our needs as a guest. I could see how having this can aid any travel experience (work or leisure) delivering a comfortable, friendlier and richer experience for guests. With the feature set available at the moment, we liked that all our questions around ‘how does this work’ were answered.

Cons

The UI is not very intuitive at the moment, but nothing that can’t be fixed.

I use it as a host and also a guest, it saves a lot of time. Easy to communicate with hosts/guests before check-in and avoids potential confusion for both sides. It is very useful to give the guests the chance to order stuff before they arrive and other services at a reasonable price.

Pros

It is user friendly and helps me to save time by avoiding calls and lots of emails.

Cons

nothing really, it was very difficult and time-consuming to arrange bookings before GuestHug

Pros

The app contains a surplus of information that is valuable, including check-in/check-out instructions, local guides and directions to the property, which removes ambiguity from many situations. The best feature is the ability to get in touch with the property owner within the app via a chat function. I feel this level of customer service separates GuestHug from other booking management services.

Cons

The chat function on iPhone 11 does not expand as the user types into the chat field, obscuring the view of what has been written.

Using GuestHug has helped me bring a professional edge to my hosting. The automation of the check-in process with their geo-location feature means I get notified when guests arrive which is what I enjoy most about the app - overall it adds value for me.

Pros

The thing i like most about this software is automation of the check-in process with their geo-location feature means I get notified when guests arrive.

Cons

I might suggest using different coloured dots for check in and check out on monthly calendar view or to be able to post the video guide in the app instead of link to YouTube video.
