I will never go back to my old ways! Pros I have so much more confidence that all my client conversations and education is being documented in realtime. I love the efficiency I have gained for myself and the team. I know this is only the beginning or how this technology is going to help me as a veterinarian deliver better care to my patients. I try to record every exam and interaction I have so that I have those notes at the end of the day. It does save me some time. However, I usually end up going in and rewriting the different sections to make them less verbose. As it gets smarter over time and I have to do that less, I think it will save me even more time. Part of that is just that I have to take the time to go in and customize it exactly how I want it. I haven't done that yet. Pros I like that Talkatoo reminds me of some of the things I may forget when I'm finishing my notes at the end of the day. I also love that it summarizes both sides of a phone conversation. Cons The write ups the AI generates is very wordy and if I copy the write up exactly as it is written and paste it into my records, my notes end up being very long. I wish it were more concise. Cuts down staff and doctor time with medical notes. So far, very easy to navigate. Notes are SO professional and thorough. The call feature is amazing as well. Puts all topics discussed into bullet points. Hits every area of the medical exam or call. Pros We are loving this product. It has really streamlined the way we work within the office visit. Very efficient and cuts down doctor and staff time with medical notes. Very quick and easy to execute. Vet med has just gotten easier with this product! Cons Nothing so far. Few minor glitches but the customer service representative was able to help us navigate any issues that have been arising. Overall, we are very happy with this product. However, as someone who learned vet med abroad and who is also dyslexic, this product has been invaluable Pros Honestly pretty life changing. Has really increased my productivity. It has made taking medical notes faster and more comprehensive since they are more detailed. Pros I love the AI dictation portion for long complicated medical notes and emails. Cons The mistakes with medical terminology can be frustrating. And some of the autocorrect words are a little questionable at times.
