The histories have correct spelling and it only takes about 5 minutes at the end of each exam to dictate physical exam, assessment, plan and any conversation. It truly is remarkable how Talkatoo can summarize a whole conversation between owners and the doctor during an exam into such professional and well written text. Every doctor should have Talkatoo as it truly is a timesaver! Pros User friendly program, amazing customer support, time saver, truly deserves 100+++ stars Cons This is a hard question b/c we absolutely love everything about Talkatoo. It would be helpful if we could have at least one more login for administrative staff to dictate emails, long text messages, or client communications in patient records. We all share the same login and can still use the software for this, but it would be helpful to have a separate login so that it doesn't write back to the same area that the doctor uses for exam notes. Pros Talkatoo has cut down my time for charting by 3 hours a night. As a solo practitioner in a busy clinic, I am frequently writing up charts well after appointments. Talkatoo soap notes and call summaries are accurate and help me recall the finer points of exams and conversations that might get lost otherwise. I think there are some tips and tricks I still need to learn and I just haven't spent the time to figure them out quite yet. I especially love having the assistant create letters for clients for their HOA or if they have a disease that would make it detrimental to vaccinate. Pros The ability to create a soap when I'm tired of typing. I also really like the assistant which can answer many questions and we'll even give a joke of the day.
