This format allows me to be creative whilst writing whilst has improved my overall ability to communicate effectively. Pros Unlike other software that I have used, Talkatoo is easy to use and integrates across all platforms... word doc, email etc. Simple to use features that are user-friendly to load and the accuracy is impressive. February 1, 2023 5.0 Overall, I have really enjoyed Talkatoo and is making documentation more efficient and thereby allowing me more time to help more animals. Pros I use Talkatoo most when documenting recommendations within my plan within my SOAP and whenever documenting client communications. It has made what used to be a headache a breeze. I also love that I can add my most frequently used words to the "my words" section. Cons Talkatoo has been so easy to use, but the only thing I have ran into is it getting used to my commonly used words and the use of numbers within speech. Pros My veterinarian uses this product daily and the one thing we love the most is lowering her stress level! Record keeping is essential and with this tool it is a time saver! My veterinarian would stay after for hours to finish records but now she leaves on time. Cons Nothing bad to say right now, it has only been a month but all good things so far!! Pros Talkatoo is very user friendly. It makes your life a lot easier if you type for a living or write medical records. Cons Some words take a little longer fort he program to learn, and it doesn't do so well with accents, but its not the biggest deal breaker. With a little finessing it was easy to overcome. It recognized uncommon terms and expanded as I used it more. I am still amazed at how easy this was to get going and to implement it into daily routines. As one who speaks with his fingers, I had my doubts. They were quickly erased. Just place the cursor where you want it and go! They've been super accommodating and super responsive to emails and questions. Pros The product has been very easy to use. There are not a lot of extra "frills" which is actually super nice as a consumer. I've been using the software frequently. Cons I would definitely recommend talkatoo when the official microphone is being used. Without the microphone is a little bit more difficult to get accurate dictation. Review Source BA Beth A. April 21, 2020 5.0 The people that I have talked to have been so helpful and very nice about everything. They took their time describing the program and the features to me. I have been so excited to promote Talkatoo and they have been so grateful just that I have said nice things about their program. I appreciate that they care so much about their clients, and are so hands on. Pros I love that no matter where you are working on the internet, on your email, or in a word document you can use this application. It is so fast and easy to use. It saves so much time from typing. I can just talk naturally and it types for me with little to no errors at all. Cons I personally can not think of any errors. The nicest thing about it is that if it doesn't recognize a word that you use often or a name of someone, you can add it to your dictionary. The entire team is fantastic and they have wonderful customer service. It is so versatile and powerful! I highly recommend Talkatoo to any team!! Pros Talkatoo is consistently easy to use and very accurate. The software is a snap to get up and running and is incredibly straightforward. One of my favorite parts is that it is NOT software specific and can be used in any field that allows you to type. The power of Talkatoo is that it is simple but powerful! You can dictate medical records (or anything, really) with very high accuracy, even with the sometimes complex words/phrases in the veterinary industry. Cons I do not have any cons or downfalls of the software. I haven't found anything that I don't like or that could be improved. I love seeing my words successfully dictated to save me time and improve my quality of life outside the office! Cons I do wish that it was better at capitalizing the first letter of sentences. April 14, 2020 5.0 I had to have surgery on my dominant writing hand which made going back to work -even only paperwork very difficult. Talkatoo allows me to work on my paperwork without even having to type. It really eases the strain on my hands. Pros I really like that this is a talk to text program. It makes it very easy to use at my job. I also think that is it very accurate in detecting speech. Cons I have to say that there have been some issues with the microphone which can be frustrating and time consuming.
