iTacit has been great to work with and I would highly recommend any company contacting iTacit before they finalize their agreement for training and support with some other company.

Pros

The people who work for iTacit are very knowledgeable on the services they provide their customers. Anytime I've had problems or questions, the Help Desk staff respond on a timely basis.

Cons

I've not had any issues with iTacit since we started working with them in 2021.

Working with our itacit representative has made my overall experience exceptional.

Pros

I enjoy working with our representative, he's number one in my book. Having analysis tools to facilitate the monitoring and compliance required, at our disposal, is key. The ability to have various knowledge programs to assist our stakeholders is beneficial as well. Ongoing improvements based on customer feedback is essential and the communication of these improvements are necessary and itacit excels at both!

I joined the company after they had adopted iTacit so I had to play catch up as I took on the role. iTacit support was extremely helpful and responsive. They are easy to reach through email and they also provided several Rise courses which were detailed and walked through many of the administrative tasks in Bridge.

Pros

Some of the best things about iTacit include the document library. It is a one stop shop for all job aids, policies, SOPs, quick references, etc. With this single source, version control is a breeze to maintain. We also rely on the "Forms" feature (additional cost for these users) to ensure specific protocol are followed at specific times by specific people. The customer service and responsiveness of iTacit is another plus. If you don't know how to do something, just ask!

Cons

I think the difficulties I've had with iTacit would be that some areas of the platform seem to me to be a bit complex - as an average person, not an LMS expert or specialist. However, this level of complexity also means that you can do just about anything you want in terms of course creation and reporting, you just have to figure it out. And I believe they don't yet have a report to be able to run that will tell you the last login date for each user.

The iTacit team are incredible. I cannot say enough positive things about the entire process of setting up, launching and going live with this platform. Our training program has been drastically improved as well as communication between locations. iTacit has played a huge role in improving our corporate culture!

Pros

iTacit has changed our training protocol in an impressive and wide spread way. We couldn't be happier with the results we are seeing. Users find it engaging and enjoy the Notice Board as an opportunity to stay connected with other locations. Administrators enjoy the ease of use.

Cons

I really couldn't say there are any things I like least about iTacit. I could state a few very specific reports that I would like to see presented differently but they are so subjective to my personal preferences and uses that it would be unfair.

The support is wonderful ! There are many facets of itacit that can continually grow with a company’s needs

Pros

The front end is easy to use and visually pleasing. I love how it links employees without the need of sharing personal info and social media

The back end can feel redundant and cumbersome

I have had to reach our the customer service team on a number of times to assist with our education requirements, it has always been a very positive experience.

Pros

User friendly site, customer service is top notch. Patient service providers always willing to teach new ways.

Cons

From a non techy individual it is sometimes for me to get a handle on new processes.
