Maybe when the projects get into a larger scale then this software investment would be justified. Pros I used ProBuilder for remodeling my home and it provided nice progress tracking and cost estimate features. Cons Faithfully this could have been managed using general-purpose project management tools such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, or even the online click it project management tool. Pros The Gantt chart is a very useful tool for scheduling and rearranging. Communicating schedules to subs is efficient, and doesn't have some of the over-communication pitfalls of similar programs. Daily logs have all the features I need: Photos, searchable text, talk-to-text, etc. Cons There were some areas for improvement when I first started using the software, however I brought these deficiencies to ProBuilder's attention, and they were addressed. To that end, I presently have no complaints about the software. I am able to make changes easily when needing to adjust the schedule. Pros I was looking for a software that I could use to schedule my crews out daily and on several different jobs. With ProBuilder Online, I am able to do this. Cons The one area that needs to be worked on is that I have to refresh the page or go to the next weeks schedule and then come back to the week I am on to see the changes I have made to the weekly schedule. It does not automatically populate the new information after I save it in the project. Reasons for choosing ProBuilder Online The help I received from Regan was extremely helpful. When we talked he was able to show me that what I was looking for was exactly what ProBuilder software was able to achieve for me.
