It gets the job done for things like time tracking and scheduling, but there are definitely areas that could be improved. I’ve had some issues with the system being slow or certain things taking longer to find than expected. It’s useful for everyday work needs, but I think it could be more user-friendly. Pros I like that UKG Ready keeps everything in one place. It makes it easy to clock in and out, check my hours, view my schedule, and request time off. Once you get used to where everything is, it’s pretty straightforward to use. Cons Sometimes the system can be a little slow or glitchy, and certain features are not as easy to find as they should be. The layout could also be a little simpler and easier to navigate. Great response times in inquiry’s and questions. Pros I like how user friendly the app is. And able to have a lot of tasks in one place is super helpful coming from a busy dental office. Cons Sometimes the integration with our corporate company was difficult when a new employee was starting. This feature would be nice so my manager knows the reason for the time punch, which would save time for both of us. Pros It is good value for money, tracks time easily, helps keep track of schedule and helps in editing the schedule, make request or changes to the schedule, etc. Another thing is it isactually pretty easy to use and straightforward. Cons The cons of it are that there are bugs and issues with the app in general a lot of times. Sometimes the customization to edit the schedule isn't working properly, sometimes it is not recording the time properly. The other issues that arrise with it is although it provides a lot of help for scheduling, it lacks in the the finer details of it. I love the note feature that allows you to address errors immediately. Also, accessing my account to request for Time off/Vacation is a breeze. Pros Ease of Use. Ukg is Self Explanatory & Convenient. I have the App on all of my Devices. I love the Note feature. Cons A few bugs on the Mobile App. Clocking in/out for lunch was met with error & very frustrating. The system is user-friendly and makes it easy to track employee hours and benefits. However, I've encountered some occasional glitches and wished for more customization options. Pros UKG Ready's reporting features are pretty solid, and we've had good luck with data accuracy. The interface can be a bit cluttered at times, but it works well enough. Cons We've had some issues with integration with our existing HR system, which took a bit to figure out. Support response times could be faster, but it's not a huge deal. Pros It is fairly easy to use on the web. It is pretty self explanatory after using it a few times and keeping track of all my hours, vacation time, etc. Cons The app is so confusing and you have to have additional apps for it to work, so I just never even bother with the app and use the web version. I do wish it calculated how many more hours you need though so you didn't have to do that math.
