The system is user-friendly and makes it easy to track employee hours and benefits. However, I've encountered some occasional glitches and wished for more customization options. Pros UKG Ready's reporting features are pretty solid, and we've had good luck with data accuracy. The interface can be a bit cluttered at times, but it works well enough. Cons We've had some issues with integration with our existing HR system, which took a bit to figure out. Support response times could be faster, but it's not a huge deal. Pros It is fairly easy to use on the web. It is pretty self explanatory after using it a few times and keeping track of all my hours, vacation time, etc. Cons The app is so confusing and you have to have additional apps for it to work, so I just never even bother with the app and use the web version. I do wish it calculated how many more hours you need though so you didn't have to do that math. The program is not user friendly and looks like an edit screen. Categories are unusual so finding information is spread out like a scavenger hunt, and not where you think it would be. Directions are scarce. Employees have difficulty operating the system. Porting of information had numerous errors. I could continue. We do not recommend. Pros The only thing I can say I like the most about UKG Ready is that you have the ability to use all of the program's features on both your desktop and mobile. Cons After implementation customer service is lacking. The program looks as though it's permanently in an edit screen and is unfinished. It is not user friendly either. Their AI bot helps direct you to the right page or resource. The mobile and web integration is nice. Pros What I like most about UKG Ready is that the app allows you use your mobile device to clock in and out and request time off. Cons Since UKG revamped its site and interface, I can't think of much to say against it. UKG Pro (the web experience) used to be a clunky, old interface and difficult to navigate, but now it looks nice, it's quick, and it's easy to find things!
