We upgraded from Workforce Central (UKG/Kronos) and the user interface has greatly improved in terms of time tracking and scheduling.

Cons

Time card printing beyond a 2-week pay period is nonexistent and presents a challenge for historical reporting.

Cons

UKG Ready has long loading wait times and after updates I need to put all my information back into the app.

Although there are occasional technical issues and some parts of the system take time to learn, the overall functionality and convenience make it a valuable solution for HR operations. Pros

What I liked most about UKG Ready is that it combines multiple HR functions into one centralized system, making daily operations much more efficient. The time tracking and scheduling tools are particularly helpful because they reduce manual errors and make it easier to manage employee attendance and shifts. Payroll integration also saves a lot of time and helps simplify processing. ### "What was sold to what was given"

Overall it is a better experience than our last HRIS but I was disappointed with what we were told we would have compared to the product we received.

Pros

Functionality first. It was one of the reasons we decided to move to UKG over our last HRIS. Reporting is more robust, timekeeping is more seamless, and customer support is quick with responding and setting up times to troubleshoot. Payroll is a much quicker process.

Cons

Implementation was less than ideal. We were sold product or oversold product that would have at least basic functionality for the product. Once we implemented we were told any additions come with a cost to us. An example of this is in the ATS portion of the ATS. The ATS does not track the sourcing location of a candidate and where they come from as all is listed as UKG. We were told in order to track that, we had to ask candidates to report that or pay more money to get it tracked, however, that is a basic function of any ATS and should not cost extra. The system should be smart enough to track where the candidate came from. The performance management model feels very dated.

We had a rough go with ADP. I spent months (almost a year) trying to get ADP to help us update and I never got any answers. I was setup with 9 different demos as an existing customer and eventually they shut us off. We had tickets open for a year with no one to help us. Our Rep only would help with Payroll, but Payroll was awful and full of mistakes ran by the system.

Great! We came from another provider with awful customer service, so it was great to be able to get the help we needed.

Pros

It is a great value for the money. Customer support is great, if they don't fix it, the case will not close until you are satisfied. It is also very customizable.

Cons

There are some weird one off issues that cannot be explained by the support team. However, they do fix it but cannot tell you what/how it happened. I also with UKG was more user friendly for people that do not do well with computers.

At the time our organization used iCIMs with UKG my role was as primarily an Onboarding Manager, but because of my systems, reporting and analytics background I was often asked to pull reporting for our \[sensitive content hidden\] and this is where my experience with UKG was gained.

Pros

I liked the customizability of the UKG setup and reporting. Once you learned the system and how to move around, there were really a lot of things you could do to customize it to better fit the needed operations.

Cons

UKG was not user-friendly. I had to do GOOGLE searches and watch YouTube videos to learn their reporting features.

The system was reliable for the core tasks I needed as a Tech Support agent at Foundever — clocking in and out, checking my schedule, and reviewing my weekly hours. Everything was organized in a way that made it easy to stay on top of my shifts. There were moments where the app felt slow or required supervisor assistance for punch corrections, but overall it consistently supported my workflow and made time management straightforward. It wasn’t perfect, but it was dependable and got the essential tasks done without confusion.

Pros

What I liked most about UKG Ready was how simple and reliable it was for daily time‑punching. Clocking in and out was straightforward, the system updated my hours quickly, and I could always see my schedule without confusion. For basic workforce tasks punches, schedules, and weekly hours it worked consistently and didn’t get in the way of my workflow.

Cons

What I liked least about UKG Ready was how often I had to rely on a supervisor to fix punch errors. If a clock‑in or clock‑out didn’t register, I couldn’t correct it myself, which slowed things down. The app also had moments where it loaded slowly or lagged, especially during peak times, and notifications for schedule changes weren’t always consistent.

I love having everything in one place. Being able to check my schedule, request PTO, and view my paystubs all from the same app makes things incredibly easy.

Cons

The mobile app can be glitchy. It frequently logs me out, loads slowly, or struggles to register clock-ins accurately if the cell service isn't perfect.

Positive experience. Takes care of my most basic and necessary tasks. I love the app and ability to approve timesheets in a quick manner. Easy to use and customer service is A1.

Pros

Fast, efficient way to access your pertinent information in a timely fashion. Ability to clock in and see real time PTO. Customer Support is quick.

Cons

Mobile takes long time to download. Often time the application updates without prompt and you lose all your login credentialing.

Overall, I am happy with the app and the fact that it is easy to use and very self explanatory. I also prefer apps as to having to use software on web browsers, so I am happy that there is an app that goes along with the product.

Pros

I like the ease of use and the fact that there is an app to go along with the software. It is pretty self explanatory when needing to clock in and out and keeping track of my hours I have worked, and still need to work.

Cons

What I like least about UKG Ready is the fact that it does not allow you to clock in and out unless at work. Being an event manager, working certain events off-site, this is very inconvenient needing to pull out my laptop as opposed to using the app.

It is fast and easy. I have my schedules in and set, employees can request times off and I can approve on the spot and they are directly notified.

Pros

Ease of use definitely. I took just common sense to be able to move around the software easily and offers a lot. Time keeping, scheduling, great workplace management.

Cons

Was difficult for employees to log in when requesting time off. Perhaps someone with less computer experience found it difficult.

Overall, it has been a positive experience for me. I don't struggle too much with technology or applications on your phone. Plus, it is nice that I can check things out at my leisure.

Pros

Ease of use. Once you have your company code, log in is simple and brings you right to where you need to be. It allows for easy time tracking-I like that I can double check when I have clocked in and out for lunches or the day or, to see where I am at with time for the week. It is like any other personal app with notifications except a little better. When I submit a PTO request through the computer, I get the notification on my phone that the request has been submitted and is pending approval. Confirmation is nice.

Cons

Nothing really. It is a little disappointing you can't clock in and out from your phone, but I understand limiting that capability. Sometimes people become deceitful.

It gives the illusion that we like each other. The HR department likes the metrics or whatever and I received a $50 amazon card in January for doing my job which was a nice gesture I suppose and it also prevents remote employees from leaving.

Pros

The best part is that it is connected to slack so I don't have to have an additional tab open. I also like the fact that you can post gifs in the shout outs; it adds a little humor to make it less awkward. In addition, the rewards store has amazon gift cards. Honestly, this is the only thing that matters to me.

Cons

The notifications are annoying as they ping me about everything (no matter what) as long as it is related to Mo. And I always get confused with the "boost" button and I'm not sure if I'm using it correctly and also occasionally the application will crash when I attempt to load a picture into it.

I love that my company uses UKG. I have only ever worked at companies that use ADP. UKG is at least as good as ADP, and it seems like I can do more in terms of managing my payroll and deposit preferences. I can schedule PTO and easily choose from the correct pool of available hours.

Pros

UKG Ready is easy for employees to use on a browser or on their phones. We can update tax forms, track PTO hours, and view payroll information.

Cons

As it should be with any financial application, the security validation requirements can be cumbersome, but that's kind of okay. Although I had to open an internal help desk ticket to access UKG after I got a new phone, this gave me peace of mind knowing that my credentials were validated.

Pros

The interface is very user friendly even for beginner users. It is easy to check and correct your timesheet as well as using to clock in on mobile.

Cons

Loading time on mobile can take a bit longer than I would like when trying to clock in quickly which can be a bit of an issue.

Mo provide us with simple yet powerful platform which employees and colleagues can communicate easily and engaging in casual environment. Loves the "Moments" features that help to improves collaboration, celebrating important event and recognize colleagues best work for company. It is fun when we can communicate and connect with colleagues to create a meaningful workplace and stress free work environment. Reward incentive is by far the most exiting features that allow manager to gives reward for best performing worker.

Limited option in the reward category section. Most of the reward is only available for foreign country and not many option is available for my country.
