Pros

My favourite part of Mo is the ability to get rewarded for work and make a great incentive to do a little extra not to mention the recognition of the shout outs.

Cons

I don't have any major complaints if at all about Mo. At the start I would say the variety of places to spend points was limited but they are always expanding the selection.

### "Good but could be better"

Pros

Alot of great features. Happy with some additions and new app. New UI with charts is great for employees and managers.

Cons

Software has some quirks/procedural requirements which are hard to learn when employees don't use on a daily basis. In addition, images and pictures make a better/newer looking image. Implementation was confusing, difficult, and time-constraining. Training has been inconsistent at best. I believe the process has changed since we went through implementation. Trouble getting things to work how they have shown.

### "With Increased Functionality, This Product Has Potential"

There's potential, here, but Kronos WFR leaves a lot to be desired. The Cloud storage is ideal as it's portable and viewable anywhere. However, the headaches and frustrations that my team encounters (and employees utilizing the employee-self-service feature), outweigh the positives.

Pros

Cloud-based system, great Kronos support/community, employee self-service, ease of submitting a tech issue case.

Cons

\- Seems everything I need WFR to do requires a "request for enhancement" - The things I need, that are unable to be accommodated, are very basic: file uploads being able to be sorted by ABC instead of date, running a report that has all Open Enrollment data that I need in one query (requiring manual review/combination of two separate reports), trend analysis, workflows allowing attachments (to digitize accounting functionality / check requests, etc.).

Pros

This product has many functions and tracks everything in real time. The ability to utilize different pay categories and calculate employees' PTO/vacation accrual is very nice.

Cons

Recently I've had to teach new managers how to use the Kronos system. The Kronos system can be confusing for those who have not used it before. There are many small details that must be adhered to in order to ensure the system calculated time correctly.

### "5 years and counting"

Pros

I have been using Kronos Workforce Ready for almost 5 years and am very satisfied with the product. The system is easy to navigate, simple to key in the information, has the ability to run ad-hoc reports and also customize and export them in multiple formats. I also use the system for my payroll processing for almost 500 employees on a bi-weekly basis. The system is simple and has clear workflow to follow for quick and easy processing. If I ever run into an issue, I am able to place a ticket via phone or online with Customer Service and they are pretty quick with getting back to me and assigning me someone who knows how to assist me with my problem.

Cons

Some system functions/packages need to be purchased separately but that is pretty standard when purchasing this kind of a system.

Our overall experience has not been a positive one. Our implementation did not go smoothly and customer service is generally an issue (lack of responsiveness, inability to assist, inefficiency because they don't look at the problem unless you sit on the phone with them).

Pros

Ability to run reports during payroll processing to review before processing/finalizing.

Cons

It is not intuitive at all; the UI is clunky and it is difficult to find things. The reporting functionality is limited and doesn't allow for effective snapshot reporting and/or pulling data from multiple areas of the system into a single report.

### "How i use UKG For work"

Pros

What I liked most about this software is how easy it is to use. It tells when you will get paid, what days of the week you are scheduled for work, and also tells you how much vacation pay you have left over.

Cons

What I least like about this software is that I do not have control over it, for example, if I wanted to call in sick I would not be able to implement it into the app unless I'm in control over it.

Pros

Web based so I can access anywhere/anytime, user friendly, good report options, strong security, better payroll functioning capabilities than our previous system.

Cons

Repeat logins, requiring some info to perform certain functions but it's not required when setting up an employee, double entry on different screens, does not give a warning that an employee is not going to get a check when performing payroll, turns off benefit automatically without warning when an employee's hours drop below a certain point.

In the Workforce Ready solution, navigate to Company Settings then click on Profile/Polices and then click on Security - this will enable you to edit your security profile. Once in your profile, under “Timeout Settings” you can modify the “Max Inactive Time” to the desired time. ### "Rounded Timekeeping System"

overall UKG is the best out on the market built for any industry.

Pros

We used the Kronos part and went through an upgrade. UKG has every bell and whistle for all type of companies.

Cons

when opening a case it takes time before issue can get resolved. Also, the reporting abilities are weak in general reports.

Pros

We recently started using this software at work as a new way to recognise and reward colleagues for going above and beyond at work. This software enables you to reward anyone around the business and you are also able to make your "posts" available to be viewed by everyone. This is a great way of see what everyone else around the business is getting up to and it's also a great way to make sure people are recognised widely for the excellent work/ contributions they are making. it is pretty straightforward to use and feels a bit like a social network in that you can scroll through everyone's posts.

Cons

Because you can see posts by everyone around the business it can sometimes feel like a lot to scroll through, this however can be resolved by using the filters to change what you see - took me a while to figure that out!

### "Digital Timesheets made easy!"

We switched to Kronos Workforce ready to fully digitize our timekeeping. Our users can access thier timeshets via web or using the app on thier mobile device. This makes it really easy for them to access and update thier timesheets.

Pros

Kronos works on any platform. Users can log in on computer or even just punch in with the app on thier phone for our more mobile users. Kronos makes it easy to keep track of your in and out punches. No more spreadsheets! Users can also look up thier Paid Time Off balance.

Cons

The current timesheet page can be a little overwhelming.

We felt Kronos did not value our partnership or cared if it continued as demonstrated by their lack of interest in our desire to purchase additional modules and a slow sometimes clunky customer support system. Ultimately, we decided to change to another provider.

Pros

The ability to view live data on the screen using customized fields. Timesheet and payroll processing was straight forward.

Cons

Multiple negatives. Found it very difficult to set up reports to pull desired data. Direct customer support was satisfactory even though problem/questions had to be submitted through their web community or phone using their ticket tracking software proved to be time consuming. We were interested in purchasing additional Kronos modules. Product information had to be requested multiple times. We did eventually receive a generic product email. However, there was no follow up from Kronos regarding the additional services. It has been over two week's since submitting our last request and still have not received a respond from Kronos. .

Pros

Overall, Kronos is a software that allows for many different functions. My organization generates almost all of our HR reports from the information contained within the software and we also use it for timekeeping and payroll.

Cons

From my perspective, the biggest con I have with Kronos is that the system is not very easy to navigate and it needs to be modernized to stay up with the times as far as providing a welcoming experience for users.

Pros

I like that it has audit logs, some the reports are useful, and it is fairly easy to edit when needed.

Cons

Some of the edits are not intuitive, there wasn't a lot of training on most of the reports offered.

A more simple and general training or user guide would be better for first time user in understanding how to start using the system.

Pros

Usage are fairly easy to locate data and info. Reporting are one of the best feature in this system as it is very versatile and customizable in adding or deleting info to achieve desired result, exporting the report is quick and comes with many formats. Some of the built in lookup function comes in handy and saves time.

Cons

Some of the wordings in the system are not as direct and can be mistakenly understood (Such as the Accrual function), only when explained by customer service in the true meaning it can be used correctly. There are certain info that exist in the system but not able to be add to a customize report, which sometimes cause time consuming effort to combine multiple report or manually adjust after export. A few Government labor filing forms has incorrect info when auto filled. Need to adjust manually afterwards.

Overall we have been happy moving from Workforce Central to Workforce Ready

Pros

Easy to use for admin as well as employees. Self service is very easy to implement Allows employees to review pay statements and print, W2's, review time sheets, request time off, and review their profile Security functions for data access has a variety to set up multiples levels for managers to view employees. Reporting is great, easy to use and create your own reports Ability to have HR, Payroll, T&A, Leave, Benefits, Recruitment and more hosted by Kronos in the cloud No more legislative updates, version updates or consulting fees to do updates. All updates are done for you. Once you understand the configurations of policies it is easy to make adjustments. Tech support is always helpful to make any changes.

Cons

Some features still need development for attendance and leave especially. Functional and can use effectively but could use improvement.

Pros

We like the ability to easily see the entire team's time on a dashboard that can be customized to our individual preferences. The ability to approve time sheets for multiple employees easily and quickly is also a highlight of the product. The reporting function is easy to customize reports as needed and share them with others.

Cons

The only con that really has impacted us has been the inconsistent performance. It has been inconvenient because the system has been non-functional on the days we are trying to close out time tracking to process our payroll. This happened consistently for 4 payrolls over an 8 week period. While there were many people at Kronos working on the problem, it never seemed to have the root cause handled so it would not continue to occur.

Pros

Clocking in and out is very simple and the way Kronos lays out how much time I have worked is front and center which I like. Making changes to your timecard is also simple.

Cons

The dashboard appearance looks like it is from the early 2000s. I think a fresh look would spruce it up.

### "Not a system for a dynamic company with multipul time keepers"

The project roll out was rough and left us needing to open countless cases with customer support to resolve the issues. This also caused more problems, however, because customer support seemed new to the system as well and often didn't know how to resolve issues. Or, if they did resolve it, their changes in the system created new problems. We continue to struggle with the system to this day and have essentially given up the hope it will ever work the way we need it to. We are back to tracking accruals and absences in spreadsheets outside of the system as we can't trust the data in Kronos

Pros

The sales pitch was great in that you can have accruals, absence management, time off request, etc for one price whereas with WFC we had to pay a large amount for each add on

Cons

This system is designed to work in a "perfect world" situation and fails with the intricacy's and shortcomings of manufacturing and multiple time keepers with varying amounts of discipline when it comes to time card management.

It is a good system.

Pros

It is a user friendly system. Easy reports are easy to customize.

Cons

Implementation is awful. They do not send any reps on site to help with implementation. Reports that require Kronos assistance take forever to receive. One took over 6 months to get.

Good Customer Service when there is a problem or issue with the system. The on-line time entry for employees works very well.

Pros

The Workforce Ready system is extremely user friendly and easy to run canned or custom reports.

Cons

It would be helpful to have a feature in the software when an employee misses an in or out punch, that would highlight the error for the Manager as necessary to fix prior to the end of the payroll week.

Reason for choosing UKG Ready

The flexibility of the software, competitive price and Kronos registered in the System for Award Management system, which was a requirement for our Company to issue a purchase order for the Time & Attendance system.

### "First HR system"

Pros

We are a 300+ employee business and were working with just an access database. The implementation process was so easy and customized for us. I like how much I can customize reports for my business needs.

Cons

It can be a bit clunky for the end user. Also, wish there was more consistency across all parts of the software. For example, I'd like to be able to pull a tag in from an employee record for different types of reports, sometimes something will be available under benefits but not under employee information even thought it relates to the employee.
