### "It's good, could always be better."

Overall it is good, no big issues. Except, when I want to talk to someone about pricing on adding a 360 file feed between UKG and our Retirement provider they will not just talk to me so I can get the info, they are wanting $500 just to talk to someone, if I decided to do the file feed or not.

Pros

Everything is in one location, no need to use multiple services. The reports are fairly easy to pull information needed.

Cons

When I submit a case for assistance there are some times that it takes days to get a response. When I ask for a call back there are several times that they send me a message with what they did. Some reports I'm not able to get certain information and have to pull multiple reports and combine them to have all the data needed.

I am happy with the decision to move to UKG Ready. We moved from a full-suite PEO to Ready and it was a massive change. UKG has been a good partner for us and so long as you are willing and able to invest the time during implementation, to ask questions, and provide the necessary institutional knowledge when it is needed, I suspect your experience will be good as well.

Pros

UKG Ready is a full service HRIS. In particular, I really appreciate the service that we receive when we put in a ticket. Of course the salesperson makes UKG sound great, and of course the demo provided always runs fantastically, but we all know in the real world that something unexpected will happen that requires extra assistance. When it does, I am happy to report that the service provided by the UKG team has been consistently very good. Their experts are knowledgeable, helpful, and seem to actually care about getting things right.

Cons

We have multiple employees across the US and around the globe, and that complexity does rear its head from time-to-time in the system. Some state and local taxes require a lot more effort than I wish they did. Some of the system limitations tied to global locations and currencies require creative solutions to solve. But overall, the good far outweighs the bad.

Great! We came from another provider with awful customer service, so it was great to be able to get the help we needed.

Pros

It is a great value for the money. Customer support is great, if they don't fix it, the case will not close until you are satisfied. It is also very customizable.

Cons

There are some weird one off issues that cannot be explained by the support team. However, they do fix it but cannot tell you what/how it happened. I also with UKG was more user friendly for people that do not do well with computers.

Average, i have to wait too long for support and to log tickets and then to wait for costings that are quite costly to our business. There is no notification if you ask a question to the community.

Pros

Easy to use, and found alot of positive feedback from workers. The support within the community is helpful sometimes

Cons

UKG team not understanding our needs and hard to navigate reports. EG- Need to know who has not entered times yet that are scheduled to do so.

Excellent...we have been a customer since 2017 and I would not change for anything. Their support is tremendous and we love the fact that the entire user experience is in one system.

Pros

All in one software as a service which allows us to customize to fit our needs and scalable as we continue to grow. The app is also great and allows our employees flexibility to move from one job to another. Their customer support is fantastic and we usually get quick turnaround for any issues we may have.

Cons

The only con is really around the additional cost for modules like the LMS or the AI tools. It hinders us as a nonprofit to be able to utilize some of these tools.

Overall, my experience with UKG Ready has been positive, especially when it comes to access and availability. The system is easy to access when needed, which helps both employees and managers stay on track. I also really appreciate the paperless aspect, as it makes processes more efficient and keeps everything organized in one place.

Pros

The system is very easy to navigate, even for new users. The time tracking features are reliable and make it simple to manage employee hours.

Cons

The main drawback of UKG Ready is the occasional bugs and system issues. However, their support team is reliable and does a good job responding to tickets in a timely manner.

My Overall experience with UKG Ready was very poor. I often found myself being tossed from person to person, to try to solve any issues within the software. The prices were raised every year. There is no accountability from the software representatives when file errors occur on their end. This platform is not user friendly for managers or employees.

Pros

My favorite thing about UKG Ready is the UKG community. It's a platform to connect with other HR professionals and ask questions. This is where I found most of the answers to any issues I was having with the system.

Cons

Payment Services. The payment services portion of this software was not great. We had issues with taxes, paying employees on time and W2 generation.

### "UKG systems are customizable, but not user-friendly to setup."

At the time our organization used iCIMs with UKG my role was as primarily an Onboarding Manager, but because of my systems, reporting and analytics background I was often asked to pull reporting for our \[sensitive content hidden\] and this is where my experience with UKG was gained.

Pros

I liked the customizability of the UKG setup and reporting. Once you learned the system and how to move around, there were really a lot of things you could do to customize it to better fit the needed operations.

Cons

UKG was not user-friendly. I had to do GOOGLE searches and watch YouTube videos to learn their reporting features.

Overall, I am happy with the app and the fact that it is easy to use and very self explanatory. I also prefer apps as to having to use software on web browsers, so I am happy that there is an app that goes along with the product.

Pros

I like the ease of use and the fact that there is an app to go along with the software. It is pretty self explanatory when needing to clock in and out and keeping track of my hours I have worked, and still need to work.

Cons

What I like least about UKG Ready is the fact that it does not allow you to clock in and out unless at work. Being an event manager, working certain events off-site, this is very inconvenient needing to pull out my laptop as opposed to using the app.

Some of our business processes are outside of the built-in functionality of UKG Ready but the integration team were able to make routines that solved our challenging requests. We have not found any use case their team was not able to find a solution for.

Pros

The platform can do just about anything you need for business. Customer support is very good and normally find our problem fairly quickly once they are engaged. The platform is good about releasing details of issues and bugs so that you can determine if a case is required or not.

Cons

The platform can do just about anything you need - while that is also a positive in my survey, the availability of so many options can be a challenge if not mapped out properly.

Overall experience is very good. Very helpful when we do have issues and work hard to communicate with us.

Pros

Ability to communicate with staff continuously. Use of tabs on the home page to bring new ideas and reach our employees.

Cons

Small hiccups. Things work one week but not the next. Call pay & Holidays in Radiology and lab are still not correct. (We are equally at fault for not following up to get them corrected). FMLA - would love to get FMLA to work correctly, just does not track in Ready.

Overall, my experience has been positive it would be great if it transferred the data to our payroll system.

Pros

It is easy to use for tracking time, schedules, and employee information. It helps keep everything organized in one system and makes it simple to manage daily work tasks.

Cons

It is not compatible with our current payroll system, so we have to do manual work to process employee payroll, which adds extra steps and time to the process.

My overall experience with UKG Ready is really good. The employees like the phone app and the managers/approvers of timesheets all find it easy to navigate.

Pros

What I like most about UKG Ready is that it is user friendly. The checklist for payroll or quarter end work are super helpful.

Cons

The one thing I like least about UKG Ready is that customer service is is outsourced and sometimes there is a language barrier.

### "Happily Ever After..."

My team and I love UKG Ready. We are fairly new clients to the platform. But based upon our previous experiences with other HRIS over the last 10 years - we are finally in a happy place. We still have a few hiccups here and there that we are working on- but overall, we are excited about the plans we have envisioned for our staff using UKG.

Pros

The ability to customize different modules to fit our company needs. I truly love the Reports. I thought ADP had the best reports until we implemented UKG.

Cons

Right now, we are having serious issues with GL Module (grant allocations) and our payroll JE. I'm happy that UKG has an integration with NetSuite. UKG is the first HRIS that has allowed us to integrate our NetSuite software. Our payroll JE has been on an Excel spreadsheet for DECADES and we were required to copy one line at a time into NetSuite... couldn't import the JE.

Generally one of teh best systems I have used over my 20 years in Payroll. Always improving the customer experience. On top of new technology like AI.

Pros

Ease of Use. Once learned its very simple to set up your needs on this system. Customer support. I think its one of teh best customer support system I have used.

Cons

Payroll System is an add on. API works well. But nice to have it all in one system Part time hourly rate is skewed due to it needing to flow correctly to Payroll Metrics

It is fast and easy. I have my schedules in and set, employees can request times off and I can approve on the spot and they are directly notified.

Pros

Ease of use definitely. I took just common sense to be able to move around the software easily and offers a lot. Time keeping, scheduling, great workplace management.

Cons

Was difficult for employees to log in when requesting time off. Perhaps someone with less computer experience found it difficult.

Pros

UKG Ready is convenient for checking schedules, requesting time off, swapping shifts, and clocking in or out from a mobile device.

Cons

The app can occasionally lag, crash, or have login issues, and notifications are not always reliable. Some features can also be confusing to navigate, especially after updates.

I work as a Director with using UKG ready and it is easy to get payroll completed. I would like for the payroll to be able to set my payroll to pending approval when it is due instead of current view only and then going back to timesheets that are ended.

Pros

Ease of clocking in and out and ease of use. The ability for staff to clock in and out is very easy. They can clock in with an app, time clock by finger print or desktop computer.

Cons

Time is set on the 100 instead of quarters or 60 minute overall figuring. When employees clock in and out the time is to 100's for example of 8.89. It would be easier for staff to figure their total time worked.

I believe UKG has been one of the easiest and most seamless payroll areas of medical I have worked in. The customer service is also very helpful and quick with responses.

Pros

The payroll processing is seamless and it is very simple to look at time cards and fix mistakes or add PTO to a day. It shows you each area of the time off you have accumulated and not just a generic message.

Cons

It was very difficult to get to the benefit section or figure out how to edit your time that was already added. It is simple to fix the time card but getting to the section needed was confusing.

I had a lot of success using UKG Ready during the onboarding process, as I had a high volume of hires while utilize the program. Most of my troubles with UKG came form editing/changing employee information after hire.

Pros

I liked that UKG Ready had a lot a features that I could utilize for employee tracking, particularly relating to employee management and recruiting.

Cons

It could be due to the organization not having enough UKG Ready add-ons, but I felt that integration was very poor with the regular version of UKG. The information transfer made no sense to me and I found it made some work difficult.

Overall, it has been a positive experience for me. I don't struggle too much with technology or applications on your phone. Plus, it is nice that I can check things out at my leisure.

Pros

Ease of use. Once you have your company code, log in is simple and brings you right to where you need to be. It allows for easy time tracking-I like that I can double check when I have clocked in and out for lunches or the day or, to see where I am at with time for the week. It is like any other personal app with notifications except a little better. When I submit a PTO request through the computer, I get the notification on my phone that the request has been submitted and is pending approval. Confirmation is nice.

Cons

Nothing really. It is a little disappointing you can't clock in and out from your phone, but I understand limiting that capability. Sometimes people become deceitful.

I’m my opinion I found it more worker ready than most apps . Especially with the making funds available per shift sure it maybe only half it’s still very convenient

Pros

Better than most when it come to time keeping to me in the sense of immediate having more conscience time management also a very useful customer service support system.

Cons

That the lag between pay to available funds only being 50% is not enough for those who work so hard to earn immediate available

Love Mo in our business, great to see shoutouts and achievements not only for individual but different teams throughout our organisation.

Pros

Mo is a great platform to share individual and team achievements, while also rewarding colleagues or employees. It is also a great place to share ideas and important information across the business.

Cons

I don't have anything negative or cons that i don't like about Mo, except for the overall UI which has changed over the years.

My overall experience with UKG ready now has been great honestly, it's east and convenient and My supervisor can always go back in and edit the time if need be.

Pros

I like the ease of using it, I feel like it is much easier to use now that they have had an update on a desktop and a phone! It's so much better now!

Cons

My least favorite thing about UKG Ready, is the application itself won't let you see ahead and "guess" on what your PTO will be like a week out.
