It's been over a month and our problems have not been solved. I like the ease of use and ability to pull a variety of reports with ease. Pros The ability to run a variety of reports with ease. Cons There isn't anything that I don't like about Kronos, except that we only utilize the payroll portion. Pros Kronos I love it use it daily have my pay hours show up in there I can check and approve and also submit a mistake it all is easy. Cons That it closes out when you are not in it for a little while I guess that is security. I wish though it would stay open longer. Pros I really enjoy working with Kronos. It makes time tracking easy. It gives me the ability to view reports easy. Cons The least thing I like is how to view accrual balances. I feel like there should be a button to click “today” so you don’t have to manually click the date each time. It is very organized and laid out nicely, making it easy to see if there are any errors or missed clock in punches. Coowner Entertainment Used the software for: 2+ years ### "UKG - Time Management Made Easier" November 30, 2021 5.0 Pros I utilized UKG when it was formally called Kronos Ready and have utilized it for the time keeping capabilities. It has streamlined making sure my employees get the shifts that they would like to work and also keeping in mind the needs of the business. I like that it has this intuitive nature about it. Cons UKG has been really buggy for me. It takes a lot of manual adjusting of schedules even though I put in people's availability. It pairs well with large organizations that have multiple aspects they research for their business. Such as daily reports on over time, bereavement, holiday pay etc. Can be a good tool to manage breaks and early ins and out. Can create a pattern of schedules for those employees whose schedules don't change. Cons There's not too much negative other than it's a large system and there are so many components to it, that training must be an on going aspect for management to take in order to continue being successful using the system. Pros reporting capabilities, payroll functionality, easy to use time clocks, communication from support if latency or issues arrise, Kronos Community is easy to use and most often I find the answers to my questions there without having to create a case. We started entering employees' schedules and it's been a useful tool. The reporting capability is more user-friendly and we have enjoyed using it. It's been a favorable experience. Cons It won't do some things that Workforce Central did. Some supervisors had considerable trouble adjusting to the new system. Initial implementation was quite a lengthy process with what seemed like excessive phone conferences and some miscommunications. November 17, 2017 4.0 Pros pretty simple to use, customer service experiences have been good, reports are easy to build and I like that you can send reports out to other users. Cons the site is a little jumpy, when you move from the summary tab to the timesheet tab, it goes directly to the bottom of the page so you have to go back to the top every time. Cons It didn’t give me when did I request time off. I requested it twice and sometimes three times for the same day for vacation. We have all been very impressed with it- the system is very user friendly, the rewards are instant & the range of rewards are great, there are so many options. Employee rewards are really useful in engaging staff & making them feel valued, & Mo has definitely helped with that. Cons There isn't really anything I don't like about the reward system.
