Cons Why do we have to change our passwords all the time? It makes no sense. Just let us keep our passwords like they are. I think it's stupid that I have to continually be sent a text message to get a code to get in even though I check the box to go into it. Cons I hate the fact that I check the box to go right into the software and most of the time I have to be sent a text message to get a code to enter to get into the system. That's stupid! February 16, 2018 4.0 Pros The ability to build and customize reports is excellent, which provides great visibility and ease of exporting makes formatting and manipulating data into usable spreadsheet quite easy. Cons Some of the report settings can be hard to find. It would be nice if there were just one easy place to click to change settings instead of having to click on the profile for somethings and having to sift through dropdowns for others. Cons Evidently it's difficult to submit historical correction (if you submit your timecard late) since my boss didn't do it correctly. Payroll Manager Hospitality Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Work Force Ready - Applicants, HR, Payroll and TLM" July 23, 2019 4.0 Pros Our company uses Work Force Ready for Applicant tracking, HR, Payroll and Time Labor Management. Although they are different modules they work together seamlessly from getting an applicant to an employee in HR, to pulling hours from the time sheet into payroll and getting everyone paid! Praise and recognition go a long way to motivate people and keep them feeling appreciated. It’s not always intuitive to let people know when they’ve made your life easier, done a great job or provided significant support. Because of Mo, I find myself taking the time to do so, as it’s easy and accessible, and since it “nudges” me from time to time. The nomination process is also user-friendly and has had a similar effect, of motivating me to take the time to let people know they have made an impact, whereas I may have not done otherwise. Cons Sometimes logging in can be a bit tedious, but I'm fairly certain that has to do with my company's single sign-in and not the platform itself. Also easy to submit you leave request and you can see if it was approved or not. Cons Sometimes Kronos was not working when I need it. After restarting device it was okay. Why release the link when it isn't fully operational? Pros Ability to run adhoc reports with your own filters. easily assign security roles and groups for visibility Cons customers service is normally on a different time zone. if issue is resolved in a release there is no notification on the case comments. government reporting has to be done manually. Unable to add filters to these reports. May not be the solution we want but they get us to some type of resolution. Cons Implementation support was not the best a d we had some unique calculations on overtime for our police and fire that never really worked within the system so we have to use work arounds. Its a lot of money to spend to also have to implement work arounds. Also it took six months for someone to explain how to back into our billing. Reason for choosing UKG Ready I did not choose it so not sure of that answer. I came in during the last stages of implementation. Review Source JB Jayme B. Pros I liked that you can go on and request off and see your schedule and hours that you have all ready worked all in one place. Cons I didn’t like that you couldn’t see everyone else’s hours so if you had to switch a shift you wouldn’t know who you were able to switch with. Cons The one improvement I think they could make is to allow us to make 1 request that combines vacation days and paid holidays. Right now, if you have 1 day of each and wanted to take 2 days in a row off you have to make 2 requests - I wish you could just make 1 request and combine the days days. Review Source AW Ashton W. Cons Not too many things I don't like about it as I only use a few features on it. My employer doesn't use all functions on Kronos though they are available.
