The Workforce software helps manage the payroll end and Telestaff provides our users with easy mobile access to their schedules. Workforce is customizable for any size workforce and the training is very thorough. Cons The back end build is complicated and requires a dedicated team to implement. Payroll Specialist Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Nightmare at my company" April 9, 2018 2.0 I will never work for another company that uses Kronos. Pros It helps HR with candidate tracking. From my experience that is all that I see good from this system. Cons We use rate tables and now we have to go in and change every single persons rate when we do the annual increase instead of just changing the rate table. Report writing is frustrating. The build was a complete nightmare. It should have been scraped and restarted. We never had an onsite with Kronos prior to Pay Northwest starting the build and the team leader quit mid build. The next team leader tried to tell us what we wanted or needed and didn't listen to our requirements. Still trying to get reports that we need for our reporting requirements. What was supposed to be a great system and a lot of promises that were made by the original sales team we have found to be complete falsehoods. It has created more work for payroll instead of easing the burden. More corrections have had to be made because of building errors and what should have been corrective actions. We never know what we are going to run into when we arrive at work on Monday. Review Source SF Stephanie F. Paralegal Construction Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Solid Multifaceted HR System" June 3, 2021 4.0 It puts all our HR systems in one place from timekeeping to benefits to org charts, etc. Pros It has all the bells and whistles as our company continues to grow. It has many features we didn't have with our previous HR system. It is not as user friendly but I think having everything encompassing HR in one place will be more helpful in the longterm. Cons It is not incredibly user friendly. It takes some work to understand how to put in time change requests, admin requests to update Direct Deposit, Time off, etc... Review Source SD Sara D. It is able to track FMLA leave, accrue vacation and personal days as well as accurate timekeeping. Cons As a Kronos user for over 20 years, I would like to see "exceptions" print on the timesheet instead of having to attach a separate report to timesheets. This is a function I had on our old Kronos software and I would like to see this feature added to Workforce Ready. Review Source sS shauna S. There are what seem like limitless customization options in reporting Cons the only thing I could possibly say is a con about this product software is the color of the interface. All on one portal. Like the personalized settings. Employees have the ability to view their schedule and hours on the time clock. Cons Training was not the problem for me but because constantly new updates I am always finding new features and different ways to use the system.
