I have been using UKG since I started to work at my new company and I don't have complaints about it, I never had issues with the software, other than forgot my password:')

Pros

The UKG Platform is easy to set up, the menu is basic, you do not have to navigate a lot to find what you looking for.

Cons

the only think i don't like about this platform is the app menu vs the desk menu, I know the desk menu will always be better but there's some apps which already contains more of the desk menu into the app.

Pleasant. My overall experience with UKG ready has been very pleasant. Easy to enter my work hours and the instructions on how to navigate are clearly spelt out. I also like the security consciousness.

Pros

The UKG ready app is very user-friendly. It’s interface is easy to navigate and it makes clocking in and out simple.

Cons

Honestly, there’s nothing I don’t like about the app. Of all the places I have worked, I liked UKG ready clocking in and out app to be the most likeable.

When I utilized UKG Ready, we had no problems and found it very user friendly. Once staff were acclimated to using it, they liked it too. It was an overall plus.

Pros

Employees find it very easy to work with and log hours. Employers like it for the same reasons. It is very straight forward.

Cons

The only con I can honestly say is that the program was a little more pricy than others that I have worked with. When working with Organizations, price is always a key factor.

Other than the difficulties logging in to UKG Ready the program was easily accessible when tracking login information of hours worked and keeping track of work hours. The software did not have a lot of bug or glitches.

Pros

When using this software when I worked as a Customer Service Representative years back the feature, I liked most was its Security function. It really guarded others to prevent them from accessing Employer and Employee accounts.

Cons

What I liked least about UKG Ready was its difficulty logging in at times. I constantly had to change passwords and had to ask for help at times in order to login.

The part I dislike the most is having to go in and manually adjust my own time and approve my time card.

Pros

Tool is very easy to use. Not a steep learning curve at all. The dashboard that shows your schedule/time off/ etc is a one stop shop for viewing the most pertinent info.

Cons

Some things can be difficult to find. Have to poke around a bit to find the info you are looking for.

I had use it 10 month, generally it so useful, I can find all my documents., updates, download all my paystubs

Pros

Easy to use, always keep truck of payments, updates and your progress. Good to have mobile app and notification for payrolls

Cons

Unable to request day off from mobile app, I can see only booked time but unable to crate new request. I do not like change the password, because my previous one new is old.

The product looks great but when all's said and done, it tends to overcomplicate a lot of functions and the layout of the system is just awful for end users and administrators alike.

Pros

UKG Ready has a slick frontend and they do provide a detailed training library that is usually quite helpful.

Cons

While the frontend is slick a lot of functions are BURIED underneath other menus and tabs, end users cannot stand using it for booking time off or logging hours (myself included). It's a pain to actually use the system, even after having it for a few months now. Support after implementation has been very lacking and when not lacking, just plain frustrating.

Pros

Mobile access is great. Crew leads can approve time from their phones, and HR has fewer back-and-forth emails.

Cons

Setup was a pain. Took us a few weeks to really get the hang of how shifts and departments had to be organized.

TOUT EST RÉUNI AU MÊME ENDROIT : TEMPS, ABSENCES, PAIE, PERFORMANCES. FACILE D’ACCÈS EN LIGNE POUR LES EMPLOYÉS.

Cons

L’INTERFACE EST UN PEU VIEILLOTTE ET PAS TOUJOURS TRÈS CLAIRE. CERTAINES TÂCHES SONT PLUS LOURDES QU’ELLES NE DEVRAIENT.

Pros

It allows employees to sign in and off with just their cellphone - saves time on punch clocks.

Cons

No every employee likes using apps because of the geo location.

The system is sometimes not the most user friendly. We get a lot of employee questions regarding time off requests in particular.

Overall, it’s a very convenient and smooth app to use. I also like being able to add a bookmark to the homepage of my laptop, that allows me to go right inside the app.

Pros

I’m able to track my employees time, so that way when I submit their hours for payroll, everything is right there inside UKG

Cons

besides the occasional lag, I really have no issues with UKG, and I’d recommend this app to anyone. I’ve never had any complaints, though.

Pros

The way it integrates punch system with pay stubs, pay dates, W-2s. It also has all my employee info organized and able to edit/update.

Cons

Probably not much of a con for employers but the precision of the clock in system makes it hard to manage/avoid overtime.

Pros

I like that UKG Ready is like an employee's bag. Everything is in the same place, we can easily access information about our job status and progress according to KPIs. I liked the ease of documenting the start and end of official working hours and the accuracy of documentation, issuing a payslip, scheduling vacations or requesting leave directly from the employee's page. I liked the ease of approving goals with UKG Ready, and I liked the ease of sharing them with direct managers by updating them and issuing reports about them. What UKG Ready provides in terms of dashboards that display progress according to each KPI independently, and the transparency of accessing and reviewing evaluations is very motivating to put in more effort.

Cons

UKG Ready has not overlooked anything, is easy to use, and ensures real-time notifications that keep us up to date with updates.

Pros

Ukg was an amazing platform at my last company. Creating and approving time off requests was a breeze. Checking hours and being able to have mobile app access to employees was critical and this application delivered just that.

Cons

My former company have zero dislikes from the application. The integrated time clocks stream lined all of our needs.

UKG is a great tool overall. It could be more user friendly for non tech savvy users of all ages.

Pros

While working for a former company, they used UKG. This tool helped the associates keep track of their company profile information and gave the associates the access to manage their own profiles. This was great for the HR operation at the company.

Cons

Associates were often locked out of their apps. This glitch put a strain on our department.

It is overall a good app ,the creators should keep up and sharpen it as a lot of companies trust and rely on ukg.

Pros

All information in one app, payroll vacation and the ability to make changes and have the higher ups approve or deny requests.

Cons

Sometimes the app can be offline,when this happens users day can be crippled ,especially those that rely on it to punch in and out or check that pay stub was correct.

Overall it’s average. Haven’t used others tho so it may be the norm but its not my favorite to work with

Pros

It communicates with the payroll team well and good dashboards. Hourly employees are able to enter efficient lunches

Cons

Not super user friendly without an expert at least at startup. I had to ask an expert how to create schedules and why it kept rejecting my work
