Very helpful. Cons To many steps to get to the employees profile. I wish they could be less steps so you don't have to go many times same way. Pros Kronos provides a mobile log in feature. The app has a map feature that shows where your employee is logging in from. You can view all your employees information with one click. You can also customize reports to show you the data you are interested in. Cons The one negative feature I've encountered, is when an employee needs to make a change to their punch in/out or their time off requests, the approval process has too many steps. Kronosworks along with the drop in sessions have been very informative. Cons No easy way to tell what someone changed during open enrollment and what stayed the same. Also, when there are no changes an end date is entered on their plan and a new one is created. Pros Once you know how to build the foundation it is very easy to use and to teach others to use. Templates and copy functions make it easy to post schedules and for staff to use for scheduling Cons There are occasional glitches but that is to be expected from any product as you get started using it . Submitting tickets is easy and they are quick to get back to you. We have an issue that has been going on 2+ months now and they are diligent in trying to resolve it and continue to trouble shoot the issue and bring in other departments that might be able to help. Pros Employee accountability for their own time sheets. Ability to clock in/out from PC Web based so it is always up to date and staff can access from anywhere. Cons Some of our pay calculations do not always work right - have to manipulate the system by hand. The employee registration process has been hard for some staff due to switching computers constantly (they are nurses so they move departments/computers often). Review Source AP Alejandra P. Can go back to previous weeks easily. Cons There isn't anything I did not like about the program the only problem I sometimes had was getting locked out of account. I enjoyed using it very much. Pros I liked that this software kept accurate account of employees clocking in and out and attendance days. It seems only Admins can add buckets to a user, rather than a user adding their own and getting them approved by a manager. Also, there's the aforementioned vacation issue. I've dealt with other time-tracking systems at prior jobs and all of them have been easier to work with. Pros It's very easy to submit time sheets. Also, admins can create rules to auto-submit timesheets after a certain time. Cons It is quite difficult to change your time, even to something simple like "Vacation." Perhaps it's a bad deployment, but one would think Vacation would be an available entry that wouldn't throw up error messages. Review Source KA Kameron A. I'm massively enjoying it and can't wait to save up my rewards and perhaps save myself some money at Christmas (Shh don't tell the family). Pros I love how easy it is to use and the general feel of it being a social media landscape. However, the most important thing is the variety of rewards we can spend on which can massively improve your quality of life. Some employee rewards schemes can feel gimmicky and I've seen many unused over the years. This you can save up. for your weekly groceries or a even a big holiday. Cons I haven't found anything I don't like at the moment. This cloud based solution has really eased the pain of upgrades, patches, and legislative updates. The real time updates and enhancements are a good savings of time and upgrade cost. The reporting functions in WFR is very flexible and easy to use. Navigation is straight forward Cons The configuration process for us was a challenge coming from WFC to WFR. The discovery process seems straight forward but how that is interpreted and configured doesn't always translate into what you may want to see. This product is very flexible in configuration of pay and time sheets so it is important you spend extra time really digging into how you want your environment configured. Cons sometimes logging in was difficult first thing in the day. It seems very user friendly. Pros Kronos has an easy to read format that helps easily track your work hours. It allows you to easily view past timecards as well. Pros Mo is so easy to navigate and use to thank colleagues for their hard work, help and support.along with being able to submit ideas and nominate colleagues it is the complete package.Redeeming your credit is simple and quick and the app makes it easy when you are at the shop and not claimed the credit yet.The one time I've needed to contact support vis chat to change my email was was a breath of fresh air , easy & efficient, simply great customer service.More companies should take advantage of this platform, keep up the great work Cons to be honest I cant find anything in my time of using, it does what its designed too, cant complain about that Review Source VZ Vanessa Z.
