Server Food & Beverages Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Convenient but Klunkly" December 12, 2019 2.0 The app was a pain to set up and doesn’t have many added features. Pros The app allows me to view my schedule from my phone which is convenient. It’s nice to be able to view schedules as soon as they are posted even if I’m not working that day. Cons The app is not user friendly or streamlined. It’s klunky to set up and log into your employer server and often times out or freezes. Pros It is very friendly system to understand and use. Creating a report is very simple and I can run almost everything to provide me the information I need. Cons I can't find any cons. The ACA feature is less than desirable. Pros Like having HR & Payroll in a combined system. The alert feature is very beneficial to have so you don't forget specific payroll issues Cons The benefit structure leaves much to be desired since you have to go back and forth so much. Executive Assistant Logistics and Supply Chain Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Wonderful Product" April 10, 2019 5.0 Workforce Ready has helped to reduce the amount of paperwork produced and has provided efficient, streamlined services. The program is highly responsive, kept up to date, and we've had very little interruption due to loss of service/downtime. We've used this software for 4 years now and I think it is one of the best programs of it's type. Once the system is properly set up it is very reliable. Pros Kronos Workforce Ready is easy to learn and use. We love that the system is modern and constantly being improved upon. The additional tools that are added as tax and healthcare laws change have been invaluable. Cons Workforce Ready has been very valuable but adding accounting software to this product would complete it as a ERP system. We really love using this system, but because of our business needs we need a payroll and timekeeping system that is fully integrated with an accounting system. We are forced to transition to another ERP even though Workforce Ready is by far the better product. Review Source TB Travis B. Cons It doesn't feel intuitive. While it is full featured, there is a learning curve to figure out where those features are and how to properly utilize them. March 1, 2017 4.0 Pros I like that you are able to capture data in real time. This product makes timekeeping more efficient and effective for payroll and reporting. The customer service we've received has been amazing. I've been able to have many things customized to our policies and have utilized the teams help to make many changes. Cons While the customer service has been great, there have been a few functions that Kronos could not perform for us. We've adapted the best way that we could though and things are running smoothly. Pros Nice to have the convenience of clocking into work from the phone and also scheduling time off is great! Cons Runs kinda slow it seems and you have to change your password quite often. Requesting time off is easy and simple and minimizes any need for me to un-necessarily bother my supervisor. Pros This software is extremely easy to use as a employee. I am easily able to see how much time off I have accrued as well as my sick days. Requesting to use time off is simple and allows me to include the reason without having to go in an talk to my supervisor every time I need off. Cons It does not have a very appealing interface. There are also a lot of tabs and options that I do not know what they do. It would be helpful to have an icon to hover over that explains what each tab or selection is. Review Source BT Brian T. Customer support is hard to get in contact with, they refer you to their help libraries and on line posts 99% of the time. They can take weeks to resolve what should be simple issues.
