It does a good job of storing and parsing data, and the reporting features are easy to customize. Cons The user interface could use some work, breadcrumb trails and page navigation are a bit clunky at times. The system is usually very quick to log in and select a recognition. The option of just typing a name and choosing from drop down boxes makes the use of the Thanksbox quick and easy Cons Not sure where the issue sits whether this is with Horwich Farrelly but the platform stability as on occassions you have to log out and start over. Sometimes I experience difficulties logging in when the start process just continues to circle around and you have to close all systems and start again. Cons Sometimes the sidebar topics can get lost trying to find what you need but the interface remains simple enough that it doesn't take too long to find the area you are looking for. April 19, 2018 4.0 Great Software!!! Pros The visual interface is nice. The available templates and copy functions make it easy to post schedules and for staff to use for scheduling. Cons If you get locked out and need a reset or other authentication help be prepared to wait on hold for a while before you can get back in and you may have important stuff to get done. August 7, 2018 5.0 I am very glad we swithced from ADP to Kronos it has made my life stress free. Pros The way you can choose the columns for reports and make the report specific to my needs. Also you can put all of the information you need in front of you on your profile to use, this cuts down on searching for items you use on a daily basis. I also like that you can bring up all of your employee's at once and can search for them in different ways. Customer service at Kronos is acceptional they have alway been able to help me or they find a way to help me. Cons As a city employer we have a very challenging payroll the system hasn't been able to fully make the fire timesheets automatic, there is still some thing that I have to go into the time sheet and make manual changes. It was a challenge to get the system together there were a lot of hiccups in the beginning but they have so far been worked out. Review Source RB Rachel B. It makes clocking in and out for employees extremely easy and convenient. Cons The only con to his software is that sometimes the app freezes. It doesn't happen often but when it does its inconvenient. The upside to this is that when you reach out to customer service the issue is quickly resolved. Pros Software is easy to use for all employees, even the employees who are not tech savy can use it with ease. Cons On rare occasion it goes down briefly, making punching in/out difficult. I found it relatively simple to learn, create my own reports, upload and export data, and process payroll in a timely manner. Great functionality, easy to use, customizable to your needs. Absolutely one of the best payroll software programs I've used! Pros This cloud based software is extremely easy to use and has very high functionality. Cons Implementation can be a little rough, as each organization is set up in a way specific to their individual needs. So there will be a few payrolls where you are still getting the kinks out. Also that I can limit who sees the Moment as some colleague may not want a Mo to be visible to all Cons The section to reward colleagues could be highlighted better as it is just shown by an icon and if you are new to Mo you wouldn't know where it is or how to do it intuitively. Bridges the gaps found between HR and IT human resource management. Pros Ease of use. Cloud based system. Dominant position in the field for hire and pay management. Good to excellent overall support and consultant knowledge base very strong for added support. Cons Cost continues to advance up. Upgrades are often difficult to implement. December 12, 2018 5.0 We love Kronos!! Pros The report creating feature is very user friendly. It takes only minutes to create any report from the data in our system. Cons There really isn't anything that we dislike about the system. Perhaps the only drawback is when we have to contact KGS and the issue isn't resolved promptly which is rare. Easy to navigate through the different request options. The dashboard made regularly accessed reports easy to access. Cons The scheduler was difficult to use when entering different schedules around business needs. It worked for blocked schedules but when more specific to different time blocks on different days - hard to copy forward/cumbersome.
