Easy to see when you clocked in and out. You can view total hours for your pay period which is very helpful. I like that we are able to create reports and save them in excel. Also to be able to print out past W2s. Cons I wish that when you log in the system wouldn't time you out so quickly. Account Associate Marketing and Advertising Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "KRONOS - Clocking In and Out" January 28, 2019 4.0 Kronos does what it intended to do - keep track of workplace hours in a simple manner. Kronos should allow users to adjust their timestamps by about 5 minutes. This way users will get paid those extra few minutes it took to login and clock your time. It can be frustrating to deal with but it does its job for the most part. Pros I liked the simplicity of Kronos. My main homepage is pretty straight and to the point. Create a timestamp when you clock in and out. No inputting of time or date needed. Cons I sometimes revert to my boss adjusting my hours because Kronos tends to be slow. Now, I do wish Kronos would let you timestamp for about 5-10 minutes prior because it sometimes takes that amount of time to login. Review Source HB Holly B. Pros Most screens allow to include or exclude different fields of data and export to different formats. We enjoy that flexibility. Pros I was tasked to Project Manage implementing ThanksBox into our company and the whole process overall was great. They took on board our suggestions, we had regular meetings with them and the support received after go live was great. August 20, 2018 4.0 Our payroll administrator and HR administrator use the system daily. It is a great asset for tracking virtually all human resource and payroll/benefit functions. Now that we have it, couldn't live without it. Pros Handles all phases of personnel management, applicant tracking to termination. Creating and pulling reports in a variety of formats has never been easier. We have found very little that WFR can not do. Having the Community and the support website is a huge benefit as well. Cons The only con (and this really isn't a bad thing) is there are so many configurable options and settings, that sometimes too much time is spent on how to do something.
