Levels of approval and review for types of leave work for our purposes. Cons Custom reports are difficult to figure out. I don't always get to catch people to thank them because my day can get hectic, and this gives a chance to reflect on the day and thank people for giving their all. I like the way i can move around and see my information. It is easy to run reports and export them into the format I need. Cons Sometimes it is i struggle with looking for the information i need to run a report. it just takes me a few minutes to figure correct column selections that i need. The number two is Employee Self Service - to be able to provide access expected by today's workforce. Pros Combines the functions that we have been doing in 3 separate software applications into a modular, hosted application with Employee Self Service. Cons TLM. The Timesheet process is cumbersome and not designed for employees charging to Work Orders. Punch clocks and Work Orders do not mix in this solution. There are no Pay Calculations for detecting Time of Day worked, only length of time worked. Review Source CW Charity W. It's so simple to use and everything is labelled so even if you aren't good with technology you can still use it. Pros Ease of access, even the most computer illiterate are able to use, functionality, organization is amazing. Cons It's a little basic but that's also one of the things I like about it. CFO Retail Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "It covers all the Payroll/Human Resource bases except for a cumbersome GL interface." February 6, 2018 3.0 We are presently involved with Kronos in a billing dispute that has been going on for nearly 2 months so far with no resolution. They had a software glitch which overcharged us and they have been extremely slow in rectifying their error and providing the proper amount of credit. We have asked them several times to address the issue and we are not satisfied with their response. To say that it is disappointing is putting it mildly. Pros Kronos has a great conversion process and it is a full function payroll/human resources program. It has all the bells and whistles we wanted and that we didn't have with our existing ADP software plus it allowed us to do our own inputting and payroll preparation. Those were the things that sold us on Kronos. Cons Their general ledger interface was very cumbersome for us due to the complexity of our various types of pay systems. Their system is based upon a cost center approach and works well IF you don't have employees are receiving pay from multiple cost centers or have more than one basis of pay. If you want to do cost splitting be prepared to do it by percentage rather than fixed dollar amounts to various general accounts. Review Source JC Jessica C. Even if unfamiliar, its pretty easy to figure out where to go and what to do. Cons Couldn't get to work on Chrome, Internet Explorer only. Had issues connecting at times, especially when on Wi-Fi. I would like it more simplified. So many options can be nice, but it seems too complicated. Pros It's nice that you are able to run different reports, make changes to your liking, do reviews, hiring, time sheets, etc. all in one system. Cons Far too many options available. It's overwhelming having every little thing be customization. Sometimes, less is more. This is not user friendly for companies with employees with a wide variety of technological skills. The product is easy to use and provides great flexibility for the work environment. Cons There are a few issues with the ability or lack of functionality with approving shifts, or adding supervisors ability to approve shifts. I have heard issues with lengthy wait times for support. I plan to no longer attempt to change my password in which case means I am uninstalling the app. One coworker said the same thing happened to him. Where it wouldn't take his new password that met the cryteria. Pros I do not like anything about this app. Considering I myself have only been able to log in successfully once. I have heard from my coworkers that it is slow when it does work. Cons I have changed my password which met the criteria but it would not only not accept my new password but it kept locking my account. In which my manager had to constantly reset it... Discovered a couple issues after implementation that should have been covered during implementation.
