The reporting is easy. Essentially every screen you view is a report and you can export it to just about any format you need. It covers all the bases for HRIS and Payroll software. Cons As a SAAS product it's not always easy to get to the hidden data you want. If I had access to the database we could get everything we want to report on and create our own reports and dashboards. Cons The UI was old and bad. On a few pages I observed that loader never gone even though page loaded. I used their api for communication with our platform and it was awful experience. No need to implement multiple solutions and spend time updating the same data across all the platforms. It is integrated and provides one comprehensive employee lifecyle record. Cons Graphical Dashboards - Getting data out is easy, but if you want to drive people, especially Executives to the solution, present the data in graphs and trends that are easy to take action against. It just needs a bit of updating to stay relevant. Pros I liked that we were able to automate our working hours. If we took time off or worked overtime, we could add it to the system before the pay period ended. Cons Overall it's outdated. I always had to log in through internet explorer, which made the software run slowly. There were there for us every step of the way!! Cons Some of the navigation is a bit confusing. I have had to call numerous times to figure out how to get where I needed to be to do certain tasks. Reporting capabilities is a plus for them. Software is fairly easy to use. They upgrade often and strive to make the product better. Cons Can get complicated if a multi-EIN, multi-location company. Cons Some of the tutorials are not very clear. It would be easier if an example was shown. Alot of time it will tell you that the software is capable of doing a certain thing buit not tell you how to get to that location. The Accrual module is good - lot of options. Cons The default error message is too vague. Cons It can be confusing compared to other time keeping interfaces, and seems to result in a larger number of errors. Additionally the process of adding a new user (new hire) is complicated.
