The rewarding system give an extra boost in worker performance. Pros Collecting employees feedback and engaging with their voice and needs is easy by using Mo. Cons the only think i don't like about this platform is the app menu vs the desk menu, I know the desk menu will always be better but there's some apps which already contains more of the desk menu into the app. Review Source FA Fikri A. Everyone birthday will get displayed on the main dashboard and it is fun to get greeting message from my team and we are bonding better than before. Pros Mo's is helping us to create a positive and engaging workplace that help to boost our interaction between colleagues, peers and managers. I can sent appreciation message to my co-worker for their special day like birthday, work anniversary or when they get award recognition from management for their performance. Manager will get notification reminding them to reward employees and sending point that later can be redeem for digital gift card. Cons The reward selection used to have more verity that I can choose gift card from the vendor that I want. Lately, many of the option isn't available and I have to choose gift card from brands that I rarely use. December 4, 2024 5.0 When I utilized UKG Ready, we had no problems and found it very user friendly. Once staff were acclimated to using it, they liked it too. It was an overall plus. Pros Employees find it very easy to work with and log hours. Employers like it for the same reasons. It is very straight forward. Cons The only con I can honestly say is that the program was a little more pricy than others that I have worked with. When working with Organizations, price is always a key factor. Alternatives considered [Paychex Flex](https://www.capterra.com/p/119841/Paychex-Flex/) Reason for choosing UKG Ready More functions for both Management and Employees. Straight Forward platform without a bunch of bells and whistles to make it complicated. Switched from [T-Macss](https://www.capterra.com/p/10003628/T-Macss/) The price of Kronos was so high to maintain, and the organization kept growing so it was a decision that had to be made to cut costs. The software did not have a lot of bug or glitches. Pros When using this software when I worked as a Customer Service Representative years back the feature, I liked most was its Security function. It really guarded others to prevent them from accessing Employer and Employee accounts. Cons What I liked least about UKG Ready was its difficulty logging in at times. Pros UKG Ready has a slick frontend and they do provide a detailed training library that is usually quite helpful. Cons While the frontend is slick a lot of functions are BURIED underneath other menus and tabs, end users cannot stand using it for booking time off or logging hours (myself included). It's a pain to actually use the system, even after having it for a few months now. Support after implementation has been very lacking and when not lacking, just plain frustrating. Switched from [Avanti](https://www.capterra.com/p/199859/Avanti/) HR wanted something more robust and Avanti was not able to step up. Every message that I sent isn't just a blank message, each contain point that the recipient can collect and use it to redeem a reward. Reward selection is quite okay and most of my favorite store gift card is available here. Cons The notification center can get messy if many people is tagging my name in the conversation. It can get hundreds of notification alert just because someone keep mentioning my name on the main chat board. Cons No option to edit post that has been posted or delete it from public view. It is frustrating and the option should already available. Manager now able to easily view which employees is excel to be reward as employee of the month and get the monthly reward. The platform is automatically run performance evaluation and recommending to the manager who is the top performer based on the key data that has selected by manager. Cons The recognition message is rarely used by my colleagues and we relied on managers to get rewarded. We need a good strategy to motivate worker to start sending message and distribute the Mo's karma point so everyone has a better chances to collect enough point for reward redemption. I give my thanks and gratitude to my team mates every time we successfully finish a sales project to appreciate their hard work. Cons All the reward is redeemable to only digital product or shop, there is no cash reward or incentive. I have to choose carefully which reward I want to use because not every shop is available on my local area and would be a waste if I not use it immediately because it has expiry date. Cons No Mo's point spending history where I can check which people I have sent Mo's message and point previously. In the end, I keep sending it to the same people every month and not distribute it fairly to all my colleagues. It would be better if I can vie monthly report of my activity on the platform. Cons Setup was a pain. Took us a few weeks to really get the hang of how shifts and departments had to be organized.
