We are able to personalize it to fit out needs. Pros The mobile app is easy to use. With a large PT workforce, its a a game changer. Cons It can be confusing for people who aren't tech savvy. So still trying to figure out all the little quirks that it has. I like that my time-card and everything is available on my phone though! October 23, 2024 5.0 Overall useful software for payroll and time tracking. Sometimes there can be issues when punching for breaks but very easy to double check and correct any errors for payroll. They used UKG to keep track of hours we worked, shifts that are available, track of my PTO. It made so easy for me to see everything and track everything. Cons The authentication defaults to constantly verifying if you don't change it. This was annoying for staff until we learned to set it for longer. RN Hospital & Health Care Used the software for: 2+ years ### "UKG for the Win " September 5, 2024 5.0 As I mention before my job uses this and it is very convent Pros I love this software because you the freedom to view your schedule, request time off, and check your schedule from the comfort of your home. My job uses this, and I absolutely think that it is wonderful. Cons The only con that I have is that it can be difficult to fix your timecard if you miss a punch in or out. Review Source aN aimee N. We LOVED our implementation specialist, Ivy Miranda. However the "Solutions Consultant" was a pompous ass when we ran into problems and the Relationship Manager was not of much help. Pros The Benefits Module is user friendly. But even with that, the EDI team is non-responsive sometimes and we've had trouble with data on carrier invoices. Cons Performance Module: We abandoned it because: i.Menus are confusing. The word "Comments" is hard coded and it means "Submit." Therefore saving and submitting was hard. ii.Several people didn't understand how to use the "goals" systems. Recruitment Module: Clunky. Could not drag and drop resumes to email and other problems. We abandoned it. Compensation Module: Could not even finish implementation. 2 parts of the system do not "talk to each other" so we could not display information for primary positions and secondary positions in the same report. Core HR: Requires dual entry in several fields because the 2 part of the system do not share data. It's like 2 separate systems cobbled together. Infuriating. Review Source AC Antonio C.
